Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The walls were incredibly thin. We could hear the people staying in the room next to ours all night and people walking up and down the halls.

Lighting was dark in the hallways.
The property is up to date for the most part; there were small things that could have been fixed, but it didn’t alter the stay. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to locate and it was located in a good area. It could be a far distance from some other areas, but there were restaurants, gas stations, shopping areas near by. The room and bathroom had good space. House keeping came by and made up the bed and gave clean towels. The price was very reasonable for the stay. Will book again if visiting Atlanta area.

The staff were very accommodating to allow me to utilize their private conference room to get work done during their fire alarm testing within the rooms and the dining at the bar was pretty great too

Above the first floor the hallways appeared to be a bit dated but were otherwise clean. Perhaps some renovation is in the near future.
Very spacious and comfortable room. The bed was huge and comfortable. The ground floor appeared to be recently renovated and was very clean, well laid out, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job as well. The breakfast was good as well. I believe there was a special promotional rate on this room and I got it for a real deal.

Need a little maintenance work on the exercise equipment. One bike didn't work and the other had a catch.
Quiet. No noise from people in adjoining rooms. Had a mini-fridge and microwave which came in handy.

The front desk manager? Tanya or something like that. TERRIBLE, DRY, NON WELCOMING, UNFRIENDLY, NON PERSONABLE *ATTITUDE*. HER AND HER DAUGHTER - who also works there. CS skills = 0. In person AND over the phone! She is TERRIBLE! SHE MADE MY CHECK IN UNPLEASANT! I avoided her thereafter for my entire stay! Ter ri ble! The hotel "on the surface" appears nice. But those rooms need work to be up to par with what they charge and advertise. LOOK at the fixtures...crevices...especially the sinks and bathroom. The stuff is dated, old and not up to standard. If you let the nice looking lobby cloud you...then maybe you will miss it. Lastly. THE SAME BREAKFAST every single day of the week with no change, ever? Is even crazier. Yes. I asked staff. NO there is never a change. Same thing. Every day 365.
