Being placed in a room for disabled people is never my absolute favourite thing, especially with the wet rooms as bathrooms. That said, they're obviously necessary. Was essentially overlooking a car park on the ground floor which isn't the most comforting thing in the world.

Good gym and not a million miles away from the international terminal. Great location for domestic flights. Rooms fine without frills.

The overnight valet parking was quite expensive ( 40 USD per night ), but there's no alternative.

Marriott was great! They fulfilled all expectations. Booking.com however, not so Much! Upon checkin, I was informed that my “reservation “ was not to be found. And considering Booking.com had already been paid in advance for this reservation…this is unacceptable!! I won’t recommend this experience to any friend .

The restaurant food is subpar for what you pay. I also believe they should provide a parking voucher for guests who stay less than an hour.

The room was so cold! The bed was comfortable! It is also extremely convenient to the SkyTrain at the airport. We didn't check out the other amenities, but the hotel is huge, the elevators run well, and the building is well cared for.

The room was not clean to Marriot standard when reported to Marriott staff the hotel front desk was understanding, when the housekeeping manager arrived she stated, " this is our concierge key floor, I am not accusing you of the planting the items here but this just doesn't happen." I was flabbergasted at the level of unprofessional conduct from the employee and how distrustful she was of a guest who clearly had evidence of the concerns brought to her attention that is why she was called, there was no follow up regarding her "investigation" prior to my check-out.

Location! Location! Location! The hotel was excellent proximity to the convention center and easy access to the airpot.

Proximity to airtrain made this an ideal location to stay prior to our early AM flight out of Atlanta. Fairly expensive bed though for a short stay, however nicely appointed and quiet hotel rooms.

That I was charge a double fees for parking. I was attending an event there for my church and it was not explained that I had to pay a double fees to attend the church event and stay there. I know next time when I get ready to make reservation(s) at any other Marriott Hotels ask lot of questions.

I didn't do breakfast because it was not set up like other Marriott Hotels that I have stay at.

Having to ask for linens for the room, since the rooms are not cleaned unless asked for. Since the visit was short, it wasn’t a big problem.

We we disappointed that the easy access to the Convention Center had the doors locked the morning of our event. This was the sole purpose for booking this hotel. We had to walk “in the cold” with a very young child to reach the front entrance to the convention center.

The hotel valet staff, check in staff, and hostesses at the restaurant were extremely friendly. Our server was not as friendly and was average on service.

The location of the hotel was convenience and the information provided in advance about the minimum age for check in was very helpful.

The room did not have a microwave in it. That is not pandemic friendly to use a microwave that everyone in the whole hotel has to use. I requested a few bathroom amenities and I never received them.
