We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americathe outside of the building was filthy! Empty beer bottles, trash and toilet paper lying around. The building desperately needed a paint job and the rooms on the first floor outside looked like year-round tenants. They were sitting outside on room chairs pulled out and one tenant was having her hair picked through for lice; while another was smoking week and his pants were about to fall to the ground and his butt was exposed. We booked with this Baymont because of their pet policy and have stayed at other Baymonts that were nice. We tried to get our refund and stay somewhere else, but it was non-refundable. If Booking has another property this bad, I will never use them again and will warn others on social media about this. of course I will never trust the Booking website to be truthful about the properties they post—especially not Baymont. Shame on booking.com and shame on Baymont 😡

United States of Americapictures are deceiving. Once we arrived you can tell it’s way older than it looks in pictures. I needed adjoined rooms and called the hotel direct and they said they had them . They do NOT have adjoining rooms at all. The gosh awful smell of weed in the two rooms we had was awful. I told the lady when I returned the keys the next morning and nothing was done or even seemed like they cared. I don’t smoke anything so it was a bother . My family stayed one night and wouldn’t have stayed any longer.

United States of AmericaThey listed a continental breakfast along with a booking and there wasn't one. I was concerned with the parking area. If I had my "good" car I may not have stayed, but there was a booking cancellation. The furnishings worn and needing replacement.
The room was clean. The price as fair considering the condition of the room. The staff was responsive to a chirping smoke detector and replaced the battery soon after we reported the problem.

The window was so dirty there was no reason to close the drape cause you could not see through it. the flooring had gaps between faux wood slats. the trim was filthy dirty. there were crumbs where the wall fixtures by the bed used to be. the grounds outside was littered with beer bottle caps and assorted trash. the outside waste cans were over flowing. I could go on, but what’s the point.
