    The pool area was a disgrace.I watched the man clean the pool that morning from my balcony, and he went about it very lazily. Oppose to the hotel blue,Next door sent 4 workers out to clean their pool area, and the water was crystal clear when they were finished.

    The bathroom was small. You had to buy kitchenware, which was 35 dollars. there was no chairs at the table. There really wasnt no view outside of the balcony.

    i didn’t not like the staff very rude and unprofessional. i did not like that you the kitchen utensils were not included in the deposit

    i like that it was right the beach. i like that it had nice sized pools and jacuzzi.

    Staff was rude the first day . Air conditioning wasn’t working properly had to ask for another room had to tell her my husband had heart problems in order to get it asap in which he does have heart issues. Had to go buy pots and pans and utensils for the kitchen nothing was available stove was nasty had to clean the burners off to use that food was left in the oven from previous renters.

    Love my ocean view room that’s it .

    I couldn’t check in an hour early as I requested. Check In parking was the worst. And I thought it was so continental breakfast, no just nasty bitter coffee.

    No Hsk on the weekend instead you have to stand and wait at the desk for towels. Have to take out your trash which is already overflowing

    Couldn't use our sink because the the seal broke and sprayed water everywhere, couldn't use air conditioner because it was leaking horribly, the elevator wouldn't work on ground level after swimming. We talked to front desk about this and they told us they couldn't do anything but to write the hotel but didn't get any response either. Usually I'm not one to complain but that was ridiculous and hope they make it right. One more thing I forgot to mention on the floor we were staying at the 4th floor, there was a bad leak in the hallway at least every night or every other night. The puddle on the floor was huge so had to walk across it everytime

    I opted for the studio with a kitchenette. It’s not specified but there was not a plate, spoon, or a pan to cook with. So I had a whole kitchen with nothing to prepare or eat with. No ice buckets either. Only little clear bags. This was my birthday present for myself so I was focused on making the best of it.

    The Oceanfront view was the only thing that sold me on the location. I have lived in Myrtle Beach for a while and never heard of the place so I thought I’d give it a try. This was like staying at your ghetto cousin’s house. You know you will have fun but it’s kinda dirty and you don’t know how you are going to eat.

    The facilities were not very clean. There was a spill when we got there on Wednesday. That was still there when we left on Saturday.( Next to the elevators) The rules were interesting. The bed was hard and almost impossible to sleep on. It had a dip in the middle that made my back hurt something serious. There was no soap, no hand soap, no soap for the bath the bathtub clogged and was never able to be unclogged. There was too many things in the room. Made it very cramped

    The TV 📺 wasn't working, and the bed made a bad loud noise when I moved on it. The towels were not white as they should have been.

    There were minimal kitchen utensils and dishes in the kitchen. The staff told me that the pool were closed down but in fact were open. There were 4 pool side chairs for 3 pools. The lazy river had no floating devices. Looking at the neighboring properties, we had wished we had stayed at either one. They do not offer coins for laundromat. I would not stay again. Hotel Blue looked nice though with a swim up bar.

    We had a kitchenette which was great for traveling and making our own meals.

    The most important thing was the deposit of $200 that we fully expected to have returned in a timely fashion. When we left we were told that they would return the deposit 3 to 10 business days. When that time came and went and I called back, I was told their computer system was down but was fixed now. They were sending it out in a $100 reimbursement and an $80 reimbursement. They had taken $20 off for something. It has now been a week and I still have not received the money back on my card. Can someone rectify this sotuation?

    Our bathtub didn't work and the air conditioner was broken, I froze all night. The hot tub was broken
