Everything was so expensive, marijuana smell was strong daily, and someone played very loud music every night until about 2 am every night. The swimming pool was small. We left two nights early still trying to get my refund. Left May 30 th instead of June 1 st.

The view was beautiful, and it was close to the beach and a few restaurants and shops.

The front desk was so so. The idea of parking off property was not pleasant. Valet only available until 8 pm? After that then what? A little vague.

What breakfast? We had coffee and a muffin. Didn't know it had breakfast.

There was maintnence on the roof outside of our room and men would walk past our window regularly, we had to keep it closed and due to there being little light fixtures in the room it was very dark all the time. It was only me and my friend staying (two 21 y/o females) so it was extremely uncomfortable.

Very good location right next to the beach, comfortable beds, nice big trashcan in the room, and very niceand welcoming staff.

Photos online were misleading. In person the rooms were not clean. The chaise was visibly dirty and smelled like mold. The carpet was stained. One of the bed sheets was stained. The bath towels although new, left lint as you used them. The ac in the room wasn’t cooling properly and it smelled stuffy. Online the pool looked like it was open. In person it was closed with the tarp over the pool and the pool furniture was dirty (visible from the 5th floor).

The restaurant could be loud downstairs, and the balconies are right off the restaurant. I did not like that the pool was not open yet. Our toilet was extremely loud and wobbly. The room definitely could have been cleaner. I wish I would have booked a hotel more centrally located on the boardwalk.

I liked that you were right on the beach and that they had a restaurant at the hotel. I appreciate the free parking included with the room and that it was not far from the hotel. The website said they did not have breakfast, but they did have some prepacked muffins, coffee & tea, and bread in the lobby each morning. The staff was very friendly.

Noisy on weekend. We had no idea there was a bar downstairs and live bands and noise until 2am.

The three things I didn't like is that the hotel does not offer continental breakfast, there's very limited parking spaces at the hotel itself, and the lighting in the room is a bit dim.

The 2 Queen Oceanfront Suite was fantastic! I wanted the extra space for my 17 month old to be able to explore and enjoy the ocean views and of course people watch. I had just the right amount of space for her playpen and all of our additional luggage.

The staff was all very nice. We had a problem with the balcony door lock broke. They fixed it right away for us. Location was perfect. Sunrise right outside our balcony.

We were on the first floor so the bar noise was terrible even in an off-season booking. Very dated and somewhat un-kept. The hot water was terrible! Had to run on full hot for 15 minutes before it would even start to get warm.

The size of the room was terrific and the staff was very pollite.

The property was nice and clean but the sofa in the room was very nasty I wouldn’t say on it nor if I had covered it up I still wouldn’t have set on it..it had numerous stains on it..but the room was very clean

I like that end of the beach always a joy to see the dolphins..lil noisy but it was okay due to celebrating St. Patrick’s Day..will certainly stay again..just prefer the couch is clean but overall great say bed was comfortable it was relaxing

The parking was horrible, there were only maybe 10 parking spaces actually at the hotel and when I got there a staff member had one of them. After I went to check into my room came back getting ready to leave the property. I noticed the staff member getting into her car which was parked right there in the front door in one of the parking spaces which should have been for paying guests, not staff

I enjoyed staying here the atmosphere was okay. The staff was friendly. I only stayed overnight and I was not there other than to sleep. It was a quiet hotel. The lady that checked me in was nice and very friendly.
