This place is so cute! We arrived and encountered an easy and quick check in process from a friendly clerk and were greeted with warm cookies! The room was so clean and inviting and just across the hall was an amazing view of the ocean. For breakfast my girlfriend was so happy with the choices and I loved the muffins! In the late afternoon they provide complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers, that adds a nice touch to the already amazing hotel experience. Aside from having no idea where I am and what to do in Delaware, it is an amazing hotel that l recommend.

It's a bit unusual to have to step into the shower to close the door to use the facilities.

The staff was amazing. Wine and cheese at 5 o'clock and cookies at 8 pm was a pleasant surprise. The hot breakfast was fantastic, and the location is perfect.

The Atlantic View Hotel was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay in the Dewey/Rehobeth Beach area. We were there to do some shopping at the Tanger Outlets and the location of the hotel to the Outlets, restaurants, and the Rehobeth Beach Boardwalk could not have been better. Complimentary breakfasts, nightly wine and cheese and cookie hour just topped our stay off. The ocean view from our 3rd floor room was amazing and I got to drink my coffee on the balcony while watching the sun rise over the ocean “fix”. We even saw dolphins swimming and playing near the shore line. It was perfect for us!! The Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.

We love everything about the Atlantic View. Location-right on the beach. Cleanliness-spotless. Room-large and comfortable with balcony. Amenities - pool, beach chairs, beach towels. Bonus-large breakfast, wine & cheese AND warm, homemade cookies at bedtime!

Got my steps in everyday but an elevator to 4th floor would have been welcomed after the Dewey Goes Pink race. Thank God am still healthy to climb 4 floors. Numerous times a day.

Breakfast was great. Warm cookies at night -a nice touch. Mary was awesome. Warm & welcoming. Rooftop deck - fabulous views!

Heavy footed guest in the room above mine.

The customer service was outstanding! From housekeeping to the front desk. I needed help getting the TV to the series I watched the night before and went to the front desk for advice/instruction. To my delight, Alisha put up the “back in 5” sign and came to the room, remedying the situation with kindness and patience.

The bathroom is very small and the shower is inconvenient for long hair.

The location is excellent, the first line from the ocean, a beautiful view, very close to the coast, there is a pool, there are sunbeds for the beach and towels, and there is also a place to wash your feet from the sand after the beach. There is a shower near the pool. Great breakfasts included in the price, plus an hour of free wine (dry red and semi-sweet white), cheese and crackers. Delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies every evening. The room is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly. I plan to visit again.

The bathrooms were a little small, especially for my husband who is a bigger man.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was exceptional !! They made you feel like family.
