I was locked out a few times, my key did not work on the front door, but worked on the side door, so I had to walk around, because the staff was nowhere to be seen. We were also expecting breakfast.

We had a late arrival. We utilized virtual entry. That was easy and efficient but there was no one on staff in reality to address questions. Would like to have known that prior to the arrival.

In speaking with staff prior to our stay and in person they’re not really super professional and not very pleasant to speak with. A couple people in our group overheard them complain about the “wedding block” that was there. The facility could be cleaner on the exterior especially. Which for dog poop around the facility and the railings to the stairs are not safe at all.

We had multiple family groups in town for a wedding over the weekend of the 8th. This hotel was chosen because of the rate and proximity to event locations. The facility was also within walking distant of several shops, restaurants-would highly recommend Gretchen’s which sits in the street in the back side of the hotel. The accommodation overall could be classified as “it’s a bed to sleep in for the night”. Beds were a little on the more firm side, microwave and fridge were included in the two Queen rooms.

Do not like the virtual check in. If you have a person that is on the virtual, then why not have them at the hotel.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. There were hairs all over the floor. The room is very outdated. There was no continental breakfast on the weekend and it was hard to find a breakfast place nearby.

The location was good. Our check in went smoothly but we had to wait a while in the lobby because several people ahead of us did not have a smooth check in.

Microwave was not clean. Room was not fresh and particularly clean. Surprised anyone made a bar of soap that was no bigger than a 50 cent piece.

the parking lot was small and there aren’t signs to direct you to where the main entrance is so I was unsure when hauling my stuff around. they pull $75 from your account and hold it until the end of your stay, that would have been really nice to know going into this as I didn’t have the money for that and food so we had to go hungry during our stay. the bed was extremely uncomfortable. at home I sleep on a couch and was so excited to sleep on a bed for a night but I couldn’t sleep, continuously tossing and turning and when I got up the next morning my whole body hurt. lost my phone, there were no phones in the room to try and call it and when I asked the lady at the front desk if she could call my phone when I was in my room (right next door to the front desk) she would not help she was just like “oh no that sucks”

the room was really cute, fancy bedspread and a divider between the bed and couch was a nice touch so my son could sleep on the pull out couch and be “alone”

Thin walls, we could hear people talking in a room next to ours. Wifi was not available on a first da of our stay, later was fine.

Nice place for a stay of a few days. Room and a bathroom size are fine. Bed was really comfortable. Perfect location in a town center.

The room was small & there was a strong cleaning agent (or perhaps Vape) or some other kind of smell sometimes.

The price was excellent, the rooms were clean and it was very close to the things - grocery store, coffee, etc.

The front desk person was curt, questions asked were sarcastically unanswered . Parking? "In the lot, "How do we get to room?" Elevator " Charged a $100.00 deposit on room because we "didn't book through them. " Better cleaning of room, there was popcorn and candy under edge of bed.

Unbeknownst to me my company had sent me a care package that contained food. I had a 3 night stay.. when I checked out after my 3rd night the desk clerk came out to me as I was walking to my vehicle stating he had a package for me and stated "I don't know why they didn't give this to you". The package was delivered the day before my stay so that I would have it during my stay. I attempted to call to speak to the manager who was never available so I therefore emailed the owner. The owner apologized and stated "we assumed that the package would be retrieved from the front desk. That's the way it usually works". Well how am I supposed to retrieve something I don't know is there.

The hotel is basic, comfortable, convenient.
