So close to the beach and town. Everything is in walking distance.

the walls were very thin i could hear things from the second floor and third floor as well

very modern kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils, bed was comfortable and the tv came with netflix and hulu, fully functioning fireplace was a bonus.

Sliding screen door is rusty and could be a property liability. Neighbor in Rm 108 blasting guitar all hours of 3-4 am was not appreciated buy many tenants … The Style of the sofa couch was perfect, but it is so old we were sitting on the frame boards and felt dirty ….

coffee was nice on the balcony listening to the Ocean. Kitchen was nice and rooms are spacious.

Only thing I can think of that wasn't a big deal was the wifi range, didn't reach the room.

Clean and comfortable. Nice accommodations, dishes, serving wear, coffee makers and pods. Bathroom accommodations.

I actually mistook this stay for a different hotel on my trip and I apologize for the earlier review. This place is immaculate and I highly recommend it. I was referencing a different hotel and thought I was pissing a review to that booking. I love this place and would highly recommend and hope to return. I also hope that the mgmt will be understanding that I was mistaken. My bad. Very sorry.

the bed was a tad firm for our liking but otherwise nothing bad.

I loved the value for what we got. having a ‘home away from home’ feel was just what we needed. being able to sleep and then move to a couch to watch tv unlike in a Normal hotel was great. having a full kitchen helped us save money too!!!

Not that it was the owners fault, but one night (after midnight) the neighbors were rowdy and the next night there was another neighbor arguing, swearing and stomping throughout the whole night. Again, no fault of the owner. But the walls are thin, you hear it all.

This place was very cozy for our stay. It was kept clean and orderly. The fireplace was perfect for the cold and rainy nights we had there! The kitchen was great, with all the necessities. Lots of extra blankets. They even had a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower. It was a lovely condo - very happy.

The bed was hard and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on unless you put a pillow behind your back.

Breakfast was not offered nor did I expect it to be. The location was great. They had a nice area to walk the dog. Kitchen was well appointed.

You couldn't do anything about what I didn't like, the folks up above me sounded like they were breaking in a new pair of cowboy/work boots until 2:30 in the morning. Since I was alone I didn't want to make any waves. They walked around in those shoes/boots all day and half the night.

I asked the housekeeper her name, it was Aurora. I would hire her in a heartbeat. I only saw her a couple of times very personable, the place was spotless. I always expect sand around, no sand, no dust, clean very clean. You asked about breakfast? This is a condo no breakfast, none promised.

The living room is small. The only seating is a loveseat sofa. Read the extra charges carefully, the price almost doubles after fees, taxes, & pet fee.

Laundry left in dryer, dishes in top pull out, wish there was a swifter or vacuum available. Late checking. Wish fireplace was usable.
