I wish there are more hanger racks for ski clothes and jackets. The small fridge took up half the closet. Breakfast offered could be better.

Great location. Comfortable bed. That is so important after a long day at the slopes. Good job. I appreciate that I was allowed to park my car and use the bathroom facilities the rest of the day on my check out day. That is awesome

If you are staying here in the summer, our third floor room got quite warm as there was no AC in our room. The wifi was also limited and not reliable on the third floor, but was great on the main floor.

The location is fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious. Rooms were clean and had an the standard amenities of a smaller lodge. This place felt homey, which I appreciated, vs a large corporate hotel.

No AC...we fried each night. The fan was on but to cover everyone it just wasn't enough. None of us slept well because of the temperature of the room. The food options, overpriced and not enough comfort food options for family's with little kids. I get it's a German menu, but if I can't pronounce half of the menu items I'm not going to buy it.

Gentleman that checked us in at night each time was very helpful and informative. He went the extra mile to make a connection and told us great hikes to take. He even printed a map out and brought it to our room.

We were on 3rd floor plus a floor to get to "ground level". Total 4 floors. We had much fishing gear and large ice chest that had to be kept up in room at nite because of bears might break into car at nite. They visited the dumpster multiple times. So we had to lug everything up and down 4 floors every day and nite. No elevator. Not good for older people. Also, shower tub did not have non slip bottom and hand bar hold. Not ADA compliant.

Based upon space and seating, max of 4 people. He had two kids and it was fine, but there were only four seats at the table and living room seating for four.

the condition of the hotel, needs an upgrade, the airconditioning and heating in the rooms, one of our rooms had a heater but you could not use it as the cable was not long enough to reach the plug. The breakfast was poor.

the hotel is in need of a facelift, it is warn out, the Restuarant and bar were not available, and breakfast was an apple, yoghurt, muffin to go with coffee, really poor value for money. This should have been clear up front.

The nearby lifts were closed, but that was not of your doing. Although it took 1 1/2 hours to park and get to a lift. I was disappointed that your excellent restaurant was closed I slipped on an icy step at your hot tub, fell down several steps, broke my right foot and have a severe bruise on my right hip from my belt line down to my knee. I can do little for the next two months.

Was a decent room but for $170 a night I’d hope to not just put right behind the check in counter where you can hear EVERYONE in the lobby. Getting woken up every morning at 7am wasnt ideal. Also they made me pay $25 for parking because I arrived at 2:15(had a 3pm) checkin because the “room wasnt ready” which was a lie because the room was literally right next to the checkin counter and no one was in there cleaning it.

We told the cleaning staff we did not want their services and they came in anyway after we left. They also threw away some of my travel containers. My husbands swimsuit was bleached by the hot tub. This is our third year here and the first time that this has happened. The person at the front desk tried to charge me an additional amount for my booking upon arrival. He did fix it, but we felt he was very defensive about it. My overall experience this time was not ideal, but we would still try staying here again.

I love the location, the restaurant, and how cozy it is.
