We reserved a king. On arrival we were not told that kings were now unavailable and walked into a double queen room. I called the front desk and they were dismissive.

The hidden fees I booked the vacation through booking, and all fees and taxes were supposed to be included but after I left, I receive a resort fee which I was told was complementary at the front desk. I will have never used the vouchers if I knew I had to pay for them.

The price is a lot for them not having a pool and breakfast not included . Also the jacuzzi jets were not working and I on the picture it shows my room had a balcony but it didn’t .

Didn’t like that we had to use valet parking and that the parking wasn’t onsite, plus pay an extra $48/day to park at a hotel we were already paying $500/night to stay at. The servers were not very attentive at the rooftop bar.

The staff was friendly! They always asked if there was anything we needed. Great location on the Riverfront,lots of restaurants to choose from and shopping. They provided coffee and water everyday, which is nice! Rooftop was great and restaurant was nice.

The package included breakfast. We had two breakfast meals (expensive; $60 each). Upon checkout, they would not/could not give us credit for the meals...we had to pay for them. They asked us to contact management to resolve issue, which we did not have time to do. It's not worth the effort to call by phone long distance and wait on hold for a management person to resolve. The only part of the stay that was not excellent

You have to pay for parking regardless, so we suggest the Whitaker parking garage. The noise level was pretty high, you can pretty much hear through the doors and people yelling on river street. Also, I know it’s probably because of COVID, but they never gave us fresh towels every other day or anything. We probably could’ve asked though!

The property is right on River Street with both upper and lower level access. Gorgeous views, we highly suggest getting a room with a balcony. The bed was probably the best part (bed snob here). It was so comfortable! The staff was accommodating and helpful. The cleaning staff was also great! The rooftop bar was fun, but limited menu for eating. Fantastic views.

Really enjoyed my stay. Only negative, I enjoy reading in the room. Only place available to do this was sitting on the bed. Only chair provided was an old uncomfortable office chair. So I took my book and went down to a porch located just off the lobby. Not a bad location as I was able to watch the freighters traverse the Savannah River.
