We needed to pay a deposit at the check in but we never got it back. We are still trying to contact the hotel to make sure we get our deposit back. Our own hairtowel has been stolen, it took almost 20 mails to get a response with a solution..

Location is good, it is nice to have a dip in the pool after a long day. It is also great that the hotel offers free shuttles to disney and universal

It is a low cost, however it could be more maintained. Breakfast was just for 1 person in the room. I gave up the breakfast because of this.

Parking is only with a valet , they are a nice people but you have to pay . Breakfast has a free and charged options . The free option doesn’t include any protein which obligates you buy something … Anyways , the food is nice .

The bathroom was the absolute WORSE! There was no ventilation, which caused the entire bathroom to sweat every single time one of us took a shower. The floors got filthy quickly due to the excessive moisture; some parts there were small pools of water. There was mold on the ceiling. The shower curtain rod was broken causing the curtain to gather in the middle of the rod and not stay open from end to end. They sent up a new shower curtain twice instead of having someone fix the actual rod. The sleeping space was decent, but nothing major to write home about. The site indicated this was newly renovated, but I beg to differ. Maybe they install new bed frames and dressers to give the appearance of a modern room, but I truly don’t believe much renovations were done to these rooms.

The swimming pool area was the hit of this property. The fact it was within a short distance from the Orange County Convention Center, which is where the cheer competition was held, was a major plus. Also, within walking distance of ICON park and numerous restaurants.

When we arrived we checked in and I was wearing white socks and after walking around for about 15 minutes in the room my socks were black on the bottoms !!

Convenient to where we had scheduled activities. The restaurant food was good.

The included breakfast was abysmal - 2 easy single cheese slices on microwaved bread - inedible. Staff were slow to serve and I found them to be unfriendly in comparison to other places. Rooms are very basic but do the job for the reasonable price. Rooms also quite far from the reception we weren’t offered any help to transfer 5 cases along with 2 children and prams etc so my partner had to do a couple of trips both checking in and checking out. There was a smell of weed throughout the complex.

In the middle of international drive, good location. Pool was good for little kids although could do with being heated a little. WiFi worked well for free and air conditioning in room was good.

The music at pool was repetitive and not enough variety. Not upbeat enough. Was mostly 70s 80s 90s on xm radio. It was actually depressing me.

We had a good first day the only thing that during our first actual day of staying in the resort my family and I were out but then came back to our room all nice and clean. But the next morning due to my family and I being on a time crunch we were up and ready to go to just go get breakfast and go we were not able to find the breakfast voucher that was given to us at all. My husband and I checked the whole room and no where to be found at all. We had to leave and go buy breakfast elsewhere due to us having to leaving right away. We believe that maybe room service threw it by accident since we had left it on top of the desk and weren't there that whole day.

Everything was perfect! The room was great for my family and I. Plus the location of the resort was amazing and so close to everything that we had an amazing time! Definitely will come back!

The first room I was assigned had debris on the bed, from the material on the ceiling flaking off. Was then moved to the room next door, and had no further issues.

The room felt modern, as it was recently renovated. The location was pretty good, and being walking distance to Icon Park was a bonus.

Room could have been cleaned better, there was dirt on the floors and marks on the headboard of the beds etc. now I simply cleaned it, no dramas.

I personally liked the hook to attach parking signs from before slightly better. Being able to leave the parking sign on my rear view mirror made it easier to find and easier to keep up with and easier to find. The flat paper ones without a hook were not terrible, but because there was nothing to attach it to they slide in the car when driving and are slightly more difficult to keep up with because of that. That wasn't a huge deal but just a recommendation to use the old parking tags. Other than that things seem to be moving in the right direction from my last 2 visits. It's not perfect, but keep up the positive changes please. Thank you.

This is the first time in 3 years and 3 stays that my room was actually kept clean the entire time. This was the first time my beds were made each night, the towels and rags were replaced with clean ones each day, and the bathroom got cleaned each day. I was expecting to go back to Walmart and grab more cleaning supplies after the first night of my stay, but I was pleasantly surprised that our room was actually treated like a traditional hotel room. That right there made all of the difference in the world! My beds felt comfortable and the pillows were actually fluffed this time as well. Getting to sleep and feeling comfortable knowing someone is helping makes my trip easier. When waking up it is so much nicer to know when I leave I am getting what I paid for service wise and not be stuck having to do everything that I would assume a hotel should do. So that was nice this time. The ease of checking in and out was nice. The experience I hope is something that follows across the board with all rooms and continues this positive trend moving forward. It makes it more likely for people like me to return and recommend this location to the numerous friends and family I have now.
