Needs an oscillator fan in the room,the box fan is very limited as to where you can place it.no AC.and the window above the bed could use a good cleaning.

Wifi wasn't working. Cell reception also spotty, but that may have been our plan or associated with whatever the problem with the wifi was. Came in later than originally planned, so had to call for the key to be left for us.

Location was great and price was good value. Beds were good. Went for a walk in a nearby park- lovely views of the ocean and pelicans.

We had noisy neighbors who arrived late at night.

The room had dishes and silverware to use along with the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker which was super helpful! We also had a table and two chairs to use for meals.

The shower was horrid...the shower head was at my chest height and the water was a tiny stream. The blinds were filthy and there were no curtains so the room was bright by 5 am. For 175 bucks it could have been a little more accomodating.

The staff was friendly, and it was a decent little suite. Nice little firepit area outside.

for a quick few hours to stay and get up at 3:00 in the morning to go fishing I would say the pillows were to soft for me but made them do. that sums it up.

Just needed a great value to stay for a over night get up and go deep sea fishing. Great value for a quick overnight stay. This our second time staying there and plan on next year also. Thanks

Location is right in the middle of everything you do in westport.

The carpet was pretty nasty, my feet were black after a short time walking on it. One of the bath towels was heavily stained as though it may have been used for cleaning said carpet. The coffee cups in the cupboard were not washed but this could have been the previous tenants (you'd think someone would check this though). The Futon couch was too uncomfortable to even sit on for tv watching but they usually are. There was no blow dryer, shampoo or conditioner available but plenty of hand soap. We were traveling by Motorcycle and assumed we wouldn't have to pack these items.

The location was perfect for our needs being walking distance to the grocery store. Also, the coffee pot was a normal size. The bedding was clean. There was a nice outside area for BBQing and although we didn't have our Dog, this place was pet friendly. We stayed in #1 and it had one and a half baths. Not necessary but kind of handy. Night/neighborhood was quiet even with the windows open.

The full bed was to firm for my friends back and the pillows were to soft. I didn’t like there wasn’t an ac unit and had to sleep with a window open.

I liked the nearness to the beach and other places we ate at it was quaint and brought me back to a simpler time.

A longer stay, and a later check out time. everybody wanted to stay and talk to the staff and say good-bye.

We really enjoyed the staff! If we had a problem they had a answer and solved the problem. Very courteous and friendly. My grandchildren really enjoyed going to the office and asking questions. With wide eyes they would listen to the answers. And I think that the staff loved the looks on their faces, because of the smiles on the staffs face. We are in the early stages of planning our trip next year, and they are definitely in our plans! Thank you Ocean Avenue Inn!!!!
