Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

2 things, it takes forever to get real warm water, never got hot. Waste a Hugh amount of water. Last no network TV stations.

This place is a good choice for spend one night! The bed is soft and comfortable, the location is good , the bathroom is a little messy , the breakfast is okay. It’s a nice price for what the hotel offers.

Not particularly clean, sheets were not made well and there were a few marks on them. Hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast had no fresh options
Check in was very quick, made it an easy stop on our trip. Room and bathroom were big and comfortable.

Their juice machine was still not functioning. We stayed here two weeks prior and the juice machine was broken then.
It was clean and the room was comfortable.

For the money the room was basic. It was clean & the bed was VERY comfy, but pretty blah, and not very “warm” feeling. Neighborhood/area was good, felt safe. The lady serving breakfast was very kind.

Slow check in only one staff member answering phones and checking in guests. Only one coffee machine was in service in the morning resulting in a longer wait for coffee.
The beds were very comfortable.

The linens had spots on them. It looked like makeup or dirt from another guest. We just pushed it down out the way.
Convenient location. Parking was great. I lucked up and was able to see my car from my room. No noise. Two cheerleading squads were there during our time (they were above us and a few on our same floor) and we didn’t hear them at all. We were also right across from the elevator and we barely heard it ding or open and shut. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and well put together. As women, we greatly appreciated the makeup remover wipes (best wipes I’ve ever used)! The TVs are updated. It is personalized to the person who booked the room. It was really cute seeing my name on it. You can cast from your phone as well so we were able to stream our favorite shows/movies. Also, you can checkout on the TV. I just had to drop the keys off at the desk and go. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was minimalist and didn't feel cozy. Breakfast wasn't great. Hot breakfast was limited to a mini vegetable omelette. Fruit and milk wasn't available one morning. Basically oatmeal, muffin or bagel.
The price makes it a good choice for a quick rest stop. The area felt safe and very close to shopping.

I think it just need some more dedicated staff. It’s not very clean, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The bathroom, room, bed even down to the walls and floors were dirty. I’ve definitely seen worse so I didn’t give a terrible rating just needs some work put into it.
This place has great potential. Great location good check in staff. Very modern looking. Could have easily gotten a 10 star rating butttt

There was no microwave or coffee machine within the room. These things are great to have for those late-night snacks. When you are winding down, I really don't like getting dressed again just to go downstairs to get hot water.
I love the friendliness Kayla had at the front desk.

The breakfast choices was not up to par. They need more breakfast choices. Have light snacks in the evening from 4-8pm.
