Maid service could be better. Sheets had an odd smell and the bottom sheet was not fitted so it rolled up during the night. Upon arrival found out use of fitness center next door was Not included as was stated on their website. Day use is 25 dollars.

I loved my room with private jacuzzi tub overlooking the creek and walking path outside. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a coffee and tea cart available for guests which was a plus. The club located next to the hotel has a sauna that guests are able to enjoy as well

There was not a coffee maker in the room. We had to get dressed and go down a flight of stairs to get coffee in the morning.

The shower and the hot tub were the best things about the room. It was nice to have a sink and largish mini fridge also.

Neat place, a little outdated but not bad. There walking trail next to it is nice walking into Avila.

The shower pressure was very hard. You couldn’t have hot water without the water pounding you. I couldn’t stand under it for more than a few seconds at a time.

It was quiet complex and the room was very comfortable. Great location near the bike/walking trails. Free access to the really nice athletic club next door. We had a hot tub on our balcony which a was lovely and very private. Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 and the staff was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for dining and wine tasting.

I didn't like the fact that my cashapp debit card wasn't accepted it took me way too long trying to make an immediate payment on my credit card to be able to pay for the room. I had lost my main credit card and the front desk gentleman wouldn't manually run my credit card because he said he could get fired. That was frustrating. I can literally show you my digital card my drivers license to prove this is my card and he plain out refused.

You have access to the country club facilities all day after you check out. There is a gym, multiple pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, ping pong and the changing rooms are amazing. Really nice place to stay.

My only complaint: on night one, there were small children running and jumping (moving?) furniture back and forth across the room above me, late in to the night and starting early in the morning. I wanted to say something but also being a parent know how hard it is to keep children quiet in a hotel room, but I didn’t sleep well due to the noise. Thankfully, the family checked out after my first night. However, my complaint is because 1) later I read that children are not allowed at this hotel and they were obviously known to the staff running about the halls and what not. So I wonder how or why it was allowed. 2) To mention to others wanting to book that even other guests shutting doors and walking, the noise of the jacuzzis kicking on and off, above you can be heard. When I switched to an upstairs room - I didn’t hear as much - but kept it in mind for those below me!

The location is serene and quiet, perfect for a solo restful getaway! The staff were helpful and accommodating and I ended up staying two more nights! The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and clean!

No cell service when not inside the hotel, which would be fine except the WiFi doesn't cover the while property.

Matt at the front desk was the definition of customer service. Give that man a raise. He better be there next time I stay!

Fire place didn't work very well. No flame, just a blue glow. No Microwave in the room. Bathtub didn't hold water! One of the sinks was difficult to turn on. It was hard to turn the nob.

Fitness and Spa facilities were exceptional. Room was quiet and clean.
