I ordered a package to the hotel, which was lost. The staff argued a lot about this, saying that the carrier might have lost it, although there was a notification that it was left at the reception, including the staff member's name. These things can happen, but I did not have the feeling that my issue was taken seriously.

The hotel's biggest asset is its location. It is one block from the beach, easily accessible yet tranquil and quiet when you enter. The pool area is really relaxing, and it was fun to hang out there. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side by US standards, but the beds were great, and the rooms were very clean. The adults-only guests give the property a more exclusive vibe.

The garage across the street associated with the hotel charges $58.55 to park overnight. Don’t do it. There is a garage a block over on 16th street for $20/night.

We liked the quiet location away from the clubs on Ocean drive but still walkable everywhere. Easy close walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs.

Not a big issue but the restaurant and bar was cashless.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Close to lots of fun things to do in South Beach, just a short walk away.

In the steam room there’s no signs of where the steam will come out and got burned from it

Because of the historic building, the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people in the rooms above and next to you. The bathroom in the room was also very small.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom. WiFi in the room did not work. Rooms are tired and need renovation.

Slept on Collin’s Avenue side, the construction work near plus the music starting at 8 am, was a bit too much for me personally.

It is old (outdated) hotel with wooden floor creaks, there was no coffee replenishment, water in swimming pool was cold, loud music till late hours, no own parking, (valet parking costs $58), breakfast cost $27 p.p.

Great location, 3 min by walking to Ocean dr, very friendly and nice staff, fresh water at the reception.

Very good location in south beach. A few steps to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Room is a bit old but tidy. Friendly staff.

The pool wasn’t cleaned regularly so a lot of vegetation debris on the top and bottom of the water. The included breakfast was pretty basic - only a choice of eggs with a portion of toast or small croissants to eat. The building has creaking floorboards - the people in the room above made a lot of noise in the middle of the night pacing the floorboards - even moving furniture - which we could easily hear and it kept us awake.

Centrally located in South Beach. Our corner room had a great view of Collins Drive. The Reception staff were all friendly throughout our stay.

The rooms are a bit small and outdated, but still clean and comfortable enough to stay in. This is a basic hotel that offers a bar (with no people in) and a pool, but not for someone who wants nicer facilities.

The hotel is in an amazing location. The breakfast area next to the pool is nice. They provide beach access.

Bathrooms old with no space for toiletries. Water had to be manually drained from the bath as plug seemed to remain closed.
