Odd counter in middle of the room between the two Queen beds. I guess some could see it as a plus.

The courtyard was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok and convenient. Room was large. Tub was nice.

Pricing for the area, and only could get one blanket

The property was clean, comfortable and the hot shower was amazing. A great breakfast was offered, except of the hours (should be extended until 11 for late sleepers).

At $400 a night, I believe it was just too pricey. We stayed only one night so we didn’t use any of the amenities so I don’t know if it would have been worth more. I don’t know why but there were very few available rooms in a rather large geographical area. Perhaps this was why it was so costly.

Not sure if the building next to the right side of the hotel was housing?? Some people/ not sure if guests were sketchy.

Strong smell in the room of a cleaner or something. Too much

The beds were comfy and the room clean (although had a strong populist smell that was hard on our allergies so that was definitely a bummer). And all the employees were very friendly and hospitable. They smiled non stop and were always seen hustling doing some aspect of their job. And the breakfast was so good! With a sold out hotel full of soccer families they did an incredible job keeping the food stocked and us happy. Oh and a bbq to grill dinner was a major plus! We will definitely stay here next year!

Everything was great

My entire family liked the ambiance and decor. Our room was also bigger than normal. The outdoor space and indoor community spaces also are comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The staff were all helpful and kind and happy. It felt like a safe building too.

The breakfast was excellent! Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. We enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor area. Beautifully landscaped.

Pool water was super cold the entire time didn't matter the time of day no heated water.

Everything was clean, check in was super easy and the room was very comfortable! The room had a fireplace and little kitchenette and lots of room to spread out. For $137 this was a great value. The free breakfast was pretty good and even though I didn’t use it the courtyard with the pool and hot tub was very cute.

everything is clean. The lobby gives off as a cozy cabin look. The rooms has a wood floor look. If you forgot your body wash, shampoo or conditioner there is big squeeze bottles on the wall of the shower/tub. Breakfast in the morning is very convenient! The water/juice is good too! Next time I will make waffles when I come back

No access to filtered drinking water, only $2 water bottles from the vending machine.

Very clean, open and friendly. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the added security of the surrounding gates. Breakfast was also more than the usual continental which was a treat!

Very, very low water pressure in shower. Had a hard time rinsing off all the soap in my hair. The bathroom is poorly designed; the tile got very wet due to the shower curtain not effectively preventing water from coming out of the shower; as a result of the tile being very wet the tiles were very slippery. We had to lay towels down on the wet floor to prevent us from slipping and falling. Patio is beautiful; however, the chairs scraping against the slate on the patio was very disturbing, especially when people were out eating breakfast very early in the morning while we were still sleeping.

The breakfast was excellent. We ate out on the patio as it was a beautiful day.
