Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I will like to have hot water to make hot tea. Also, the faucet was difficulty to open for me in the kitchenette.
The breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was so beautiful! The staff were great and I love the baked cookies treat in the evening as snacks

The breakfast variety was excellent . The overall energy from the time we checked in, cleanliness and overall accommodations were terrific. Monica was wonderful to us and made us feel at home away from home. Walter and Kayla were friendly and reassuring. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

They did not clean our room one night, which is unacceptable and we ran out of toilet paper. One of the queen beds needs a new mattress sunken on one side. The breakfast is OK could use a little help.

The hotel is super clean and up to date. The staff are always on top of things. The breakfast was fantastic and very easy. We definitely will stay here again.

Food was very tasty. I enjoyed it. THey had a spicy, flavorful scrambled eggs with mushrooms and regular scrambled eggs.Sausage patties, lots of types of bread and pancakes.

Im local that needs ocean too much. Crazy. 30 min to best beach in orange county. Strands. Monarch. So i played great music. 22 min drive.

We were disappointed at our first attempt to dine at bar & grill, located in the Hotel/Spa facility next to our suites facility. No cook showed up leaving us with only salad and/or fries to eat.
We own a Tesla and were surprised to find two chargers supplying four charging spaces. The desk failed to notice us but I ran across them while walking about the premises.

Only thing we thought could be better is breakfast, it was the same menu every day and when you stay multiple nights you get sick of breakfast menu, we stayed 7 nights at ALO hotels by Ayres in Anaheim after we checked out from here and they had the same tasting items in their breakfast aswel. ( i believe Ayres use similar ingredients for their breakfast menus across hotels they run) So we kind of gave up on waking up for breakfast towards the end of our stay. It’s best of the menu could change from day to day.
We stayed here 4 night when we visited US for our Disneyland trip. This was a last minute booking we did mid flight and we were very happy with our stay, location is very peaceful and beautiful, staff are friendly, rooms are big and clean. We will definitely stay here when we return to US again.

The only thing was when we left on Monday after checking out my wife when to use the rest room intended lobby and she and she came out and told the front desk it looked like a balm hit it. It was very dirty.

Some towels were not replaced that we left on the floor after our first night. We were missing a facecloth and a hand towel. We were frustrated and disappointed at how difficult our check in was because of an error by Booking.com. Front desk could not find our reservation despite the fact that it was confirmed way back in March. It was looking like there was no room for us. Clerk was going to offer us an alternative wheelchair accessible room. At the last minute she found our reservation but Booking.com had it under a name that made no sense at all except that it had the first few letters of our last night. Learning for us: don't book through booking.com in future
We enjoyed the breakfast and wide selection of items available, including hot items. The lady serving hot foods was wonderful, made eye contact, smiled and was very welcoming. Lots of space in our room. Clean. Comfortable.
