I just got home from celebrating my 80th birthday with 20 friends and family members. This spa resort far exceeded my expectations. My catered party that we held in the yoga room was spectacular. Alysa, head of the cafe, did an excellent job. All of my guests were well taken care of. They loved the beds, pillows, service, spa amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, and the massages. Everyone was thrilled with this place. We decided to make this an annual event for my husband and me as a refresh and renewal getaway. We highly recommend this resort!

The mineral pools were extremely nice and with a beautiful view of Mount Jacinto. The saunas were very nice. I loved the salt room. I also appreciated the ice room.

The sound insulation in the room wasn't great, and we would have expected better in such a hotel. Large gaps around the door meant even quiet conversations in the corridor could be heard and the ceiling squeaked every time people walked around in the room above.

Very comfortable and clean room. Spa facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor Oasis hot tubs.

Absolutely loved everything- however encountered one rude employee in the cafe on our last day of our stay.

The room was outstanding with our own personal mineral water soaking tub! The grounds were nicely done and the hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of a desert neighborhood. The outside is very unassuming but inside is welcoming and clean and sets the relaxing vibe.

Though requested multiple times, neither my room nor my friends room were cleaned by housekeeping during our 2+ day stay. To be a resort, bellman services, a proper restaurant with servers, and one bar would be nice. The grounds, pool, and mineral springs are incredible.

too noisy from the HVAC, didn't sleep well while putting on the earplugs. This would probably be the only reason for me to not going back.

The outside sauna was old /needs an update and wasn't very warm.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed in a double room with a mineral water bath tub in the room and mountain views. It was really nice. The robes and spa shoes are an added bonus. The little cafe downstairs had great baked goods. We had confirmed massage appts on the day of arrival but there was some glitch in the system and we ended up having our massages the next morning which turning out great. Book with Concepcion at the spa! Also, the grounds are well kept up and very clean. Del the Pool Wizard was a delight!

you could hear the toilets in the rooms from the hallway. windows should have a privacy film as you can see right into the rooms from the pool at night.

Unfortunately had a few issues with turning on the Jets in the two outdoor jacuzzis. A staff member was really sweet and saw us. Immediately he tried to help us but it turns out they were not functioning and out of order.

The cafe was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the gluten free chocolate chip cookie and pesto chicken ciabatta sandwich. I definitely hope to come back soon.

Saw a large roach out side hotel door, the floor of hotel room looked a little worn.

Breakfast at the cafe was healthy and tastey! The amenities were lovely, staff was friendly, and the landscape outback, so peaceful.

There was a wadded up piece of plastic in the corner of my shower. Everything else was very clean. My one suggestion is to have more surface space to put things on. There are not traditional bedside tables, big dresser top, etc. I like to set out my various bags, travel items, etc out for easy access, but the shelving in closet was kind of narrow and hard to get access. At least, give every room several luggage racks.

We ate several meals and snacks at the hotel, taking our food to the lovely space overlooking the pool. Everything we ordered, including coffee, was very good. There’s was plenty of seating in several different areas and it is all beautifully landscaped. Staff was friendly. The pool was huge and clean and a good temperature. The bed was comfortable and furnishings new and clean . Comfortable lightweight robes and flip flops provided. FYI, the hotel is in the middle of a neighborhood, which I didn’t realize, but it feels private.

It is a little echoey in the rooms and you can hear others using the mineral baths which is kind of loud. But I will be back, it was worth it!

This hotel is a absolute GEM, it was clean, the staff is so friendly, it was the best relaxing night ever. There's not a lot of great restaurants around so eating on at the hotel is best. I do suggest wearing ear plugs incase a someone uses the mineral bath after hours.

Azure Palm Hot Springs is an absolutely lovely place for a romantic getaway or a friends' weekend of fun. It was incredibly relaxing, quiet, and just the perfect break. The natural mineral pools, massages, bathrobes, and just pure relaxation were perfect.

This is not the fault of the resort, but my neighbors were "partying" one night. It did get taken care of and I'm sure there is no way to weed out that population in a peaceful retreat resort.

The amenities were outstanding from the bathtub in my room to the Himalayan salt room. One of the best massages I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and I adored Tony who checked me in and was super helpful.
