This was our first stay at a B&B, and we now know it cannot get any better than this. The hosts, Nino and Hans, made us feel as the VIPs of the House!!! Our room was cosy, clean and comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and it has a spacious patio. And if this isn’t enough, there is a jacuzzi in the garden! The breakfast Nino cooked was delightful and kept us going through our walk in Savannah. The B&B is nearby the city centre and the bus stop for the free shuttle, the DOT, is just one block away. We had a great stay and we will definitely come back again.

Nino was a gracious host who makes an amazing breakfast. It was lovely chatting with him and his partner when we were at the Bed and Breakfast. Bruno, the dog, was also a delightful part of our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with new facilities. We soaked in the hot tub in the backyard which was a nice bonus. I'm looking for an excuse to be back in Savannah so that I can stay here again!

We spent one night at BnB Zia Gianna and our bedroom and the bathroom were beautiful and clean. Nino is a wonderful host, he made us feel incredibly safe and welcome in Savannah and cooked us a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Walking into the centre of town took about 30 minutes and is a gorgeous walk through the park and past oak trees covered in spanish moss. I highly recommend staying here while you’re in Savannah!

We loved everything about our stay. The house was so comfortable and had real charm. Breakfast was incredible and Nino went out of his way to accommodate my tricky dietary requirements! Highly recommend staying here and would be back in a heartbeat.

The gourmet breakfast Nino served was beyond our expectations. He offered much more food than we could eat. Both Hans and Nino gave us great advice on restaurants and directions to navigate Savannah.

I liked everything!

1st time staying in a b&b and the bar was set so high I don't know if anyone else could be this phenomenal! So hospitable, kind and going above and beyond to make this the best experience. The room was lovely, clean and so comfortable! Nino is an amazing chef that makes such a delicious breakfast. Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful home and making us feel like family!

Everything about this booking was fabulous. The hospitality was unmatched by anywhere I have ever stayed. Truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be staying again when I come back to Savannah. Clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable room. Beautiful home opened up to welcome others. Don't get me started on the delicious breakfast. All I can say is, Wow!

Our Host, Nino, was welcoming and friendly from the start, and became warmer and willing to have engaging conversations in a mutual manner. He was a Chef previously and our breakfast was fabulous. Nino outdid himself!

Absolutely loved everything! From the limoncello, to the fabulous breakfast, and the hot tub after a long day of exploring Savannah!! Hans was very knowledgeable of the area and fun and both were kind and personable as I was a solo traveler. I felt very safe and comfortable! Thank you Nino Hans and Bruno! I can’t wait to return!!!

Really nothing but if anything then I would say just a little further than the main part of Savannah requiring us to drive or Uber. It was a great weekend.

Maybe the only thing is the bathroom was separate from the bedroom, but was only for us and I am fine with that. Bathroom was great also as the whole house.

The House is amazing. You can see it by every details in decorations. Everything is made with attention and love. Bedrooms are excellent. Nino is great host. He was prepare welcome drinks and snacks in the bedroom, also give us map with sightseeing tour in Savannah and list of bars and restaurants. The terrace is also great. The Rooms a secured with pin code. The breakfast was wonderful.

Not a single thing we didn’t like..

We had a fabulous stay over. Nino’s hospitality is truly unique and memorable. The room was great, shower great, location so near to the historic district, everything in a walking range… and the breakfast in the morning… simply fantastic! When we’re back in Savannah we would book again and again in a heartbeat
