Great breakfast

Breakfast could have been better. Had to wait in line for them to cook eggs and get bacon, sausage, pancakes, & home fries. Would rather have out available to serve self, like most hotels. Yogurt was frozen on bottom half when opened. Pool was not open.

Centrally located. Very modern building and rooms. Rooms good size. Nice gym and pool (was closed)

Problem with hotel computer system. Caused concern about check in/check out. Won’t know if it was fully resolved until I get the credit card bill. Problem was not individual to me, but included a large number of guests that evening. Staff on site handled the problem well.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was super. Room had a lot of amenities for long-term stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean and pleasant environment. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. When an issue came up they were quick to resolve it. Having made to order omelets is a nice touch.

Less heat. More water pressure.

The room was fairly small, for a one-bedroom suite. The breakfast was very good--lots of options, both hot and cold. My least favorite feature was the shower--pitiful pressure, half as much as any other hotel I've been to. Also, the room was o erly hot. So maybe save more energy by heating less and give me more water presdure.

The facility is new and very nice. The lady cooks scrambled eggs in front of you, that was nice. A bed is comfy.

Pool hours were short and only available when life guard was on duty. Hours posted were incorrect at times. Also got billed for more than listed on booking.com when made reservations.

Everything was wonderful!!!!!!

The property is immaculate, the buffet breakfast to die for, even with an omelet station witch is one of my favorites. The hotel staff is amazing and very accommodating. Rooms were very spacious and SUPER clean.I will definitely stay with you again and will recommend to family and friends.

At first we liked the room, appeared to be neat and tidy but we pulled back the bedding and the sheets were soiled!!!!! Called down to the front desk and was provided a new room. New room had hair on the bed but the sheets looked clean. We got in much later than expected and were exhausted. We loved the location of the hotel but probably will not return. The people above us were loud and were awoken at 2 am with people running and screaming. Maybe a good party hotel but not a good fit for business.

We liked the options provided for breakfast, yogurt bar and freshly cooked eggs was nice and the breakfast area was clean and the only good part of our stay.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with two young children. When we checked in there was no mention of the pool being closed for the entire weekend nor were there any signs at the property stating this. The kids were disappointed and it really ruined the experience. Also, your staff is rude and unprofessional. While sitting at breakfast with my two young children we should not hear your front desk staff swearing and carrying on. Highly inappropriate.

Our entire room was dirty. There was food left in the fridge and cupboards from previous occupants. The floor was covered in debris and the countertops and table tops had lots of food debris on them. The pool was closed. The bar was closed. For the price, we had expected a much nicer experience.

The hotel was disgusting. We had to be moved to another room because there was urine on the bathroom floor,bedroom walls had some some sticky residue. and the sheets were stained. Never again!!!

Great location

Our suite #330 was excessively noisy and almost vibrating when AC compressor turned on. We could not sleep or stay there.
