We were put in a room near the beach pool and it was not what we paid for. The noise level was ridiculous and zero view except of a parking lot. We paid for the view. When I complained, the front desk blamed it on travel websites and gave uf free breakfast. Ssid they ran out of the room i paid for. Not worth it. Food on buffet was ice cold and needed replinsishmet at 10 am. We finally asked for a refund on our remaining nights so we could leave and go to a better hotel. That was after wasting our entire day going back and forth from tge front desk begging for them to put us in the room we paid for. All of a sudden after the 2nd day they found us the room we paid for so we had to move everything, a real hassle. Same situation happened to other guests we spoke to. Maid service was shotty despite tipping them. Had to beg for service as they knocked on our door each day while we were getting ready for dinner and asked how many towels we needed. Huh? That's a 4 star hotel? Pool towels were the size of a hand towel and very old. Hallways had garbage debris and needed vacuuming. I had to wash my bathroom floor when we arrived and towels were black from dirt and black hairs.

It was our 2nd time staying at a B Hotel. Our first time was at the B Orlando grand opening. We loved that stay and my daughter begged to stay at a B Hotel again. It was not the same experience in Fort lauderdale...

Maintenance man walked in the room without knocking. Some of the Valet workers are lackadaisical at their job. Some of the staff acted like we was not supposed to be there.

Front Desk employee Charles was the best. He was able to resolve all of my issues and concerns and upgraded our room. Beach Access. View from the room of the ocean was amazing, the wife loved that.

Everything was way over priced. The only way to relax in front of the beach was to pay for a bed. I feel that paying the resort fee and the rate of the hotel you should have access to the view just as much as everyone else. The restaurants were expensive and not the quality it should be. It was over $15 for 2 coffees . There wasn't much close by. We had to uber A LOT. Overall I don't think I would stay again. Not for the cost. Its a beautiful place but much too expensive for what you get.

The room was nice , the view was incredible . The majority of the staff were pleasant. I liked having beach access.

The billing system seems to charge with errors like on day of checkout charging resort fee even though we confirmed (at check in) that we had paid it through booking and it was not showing on the statement then. The day of checkout, we noticed it was charged a resort fee for the first day only even though it was not showing in the statement we requested the day prior The staff at the reception quickly/graciously corrected it but guests may want to review your checkout statement.

Excellent Junior corner suite view (Beach Tower) with the 2 XL windows and a view of beach and volleyball courts!! The windows are tinted so privacy is protected :). Thank you to Kevin Jarquin for the excellent service on the beach deserves a raise especially handling the spring break week!! Thank you from room 3321! Staff service is excellent at the resort!! A station for the bicycle hybrid bike rental, right outside the hotel. 15 minute walk to the intersection of Las Olas Blvd. Finally food at Salty Siren was delicious especially their grilled chicken sandwich and generous quantity.

Great hotel, near the beach. Accept for the restaurants. Its would definitely need new restaurant. Naked Crag wasn’t so great . The waitress wasn’t paying attention when we order our food. The waiter who brought our food on the table saw the coke spilled all over the table and didn’t do anything at all left. Thinking he would be back with napkins or cleaning it up the mess but he didn’t come back at all. I mentioned to the waitress to let her know the drink got spilled on the table if she can bring another drink to replace the one that got spilled. And in our bill noticed she charged for the extra drink. Later after leaving the restaurant my husband wasn’t feeling so great after eating pastas with shrimps and another types of seafood -escalope. 1/2 later he got sick. Food poisoning. I don’t recommend going back to this restaurant. Bad experience.

I mentioned it above about our safe's batteries. Other than that everything was fine.

The room was nice although we didn't have an ocean view. We did not spend much time in the room so it really didn't matter. I only had one problem, the batteries on my safe lock weren't good any more so my safe wouldn't open. Security was up within 20 minutes and the problem was fixed.

Confusing to find our room in a building other than the one we checked in to. It was dark when we checked in and it would have been helpful to have an escort or a painted path to follow. FYI: Not sure how many bikes the hotel actually has...but we took two of them at 7am (when the bike office opened) and there were only three bikes total when we headed out for a ride. Several people were waiting to use the ones we took out when we returned. No music playing in hotel bar at night and too bright at the bar. Needed cozier/more relaxing atmosphere.

I liked the location and the bikes! Check in staff was very nice. Hotel bar and food were opened late. I requested an extra blanket and the man who delivered it was very friendly and quick.

The food was very expensive 2 hamburgers and 2 local beers $75, 1 crosand sandwich and a small coffee $20 There is no alternative because there is no restaurant nearby and the prices are abusive

No one explains that 18% is automatically added to every purchase. Coffee maker didn’t work and towels in room and for the beach are old and thin.

Large beach and away from the roadway. Kevin at the beach to assist with beach chairs was outstanding. Sand Bar drinks were delicious!!! Mariah and James were the hardest working servers on the beach.
