If I wait in line at the front desk when checking in, I do not want to use the kiosk. I would much rather talk to a human when checking in. I was repeatedly told to use the kiosk after I had waited in line to speak to the front desk representative.

The shower could have used a deep clean. Although it looked clean on the surface, you could tell that the tile grout needed extra attention.

Location was great. The room was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the building. Fresh bagels from a local bakery were the highlight of the breakfast offered.

Very clean, great accommodations for my elderly parents. We booked the ADA room for them, as they have very limited mobility. It was on the first floor, had a walk-in shower, and a large entryway great for a wheelchair. Also very close to the pool!

The workout facility was subpar compared to other hotels. The pool was on the small side.

Location was good. Able to walk to the brewery down the street for dinner. Like the room set up with the extra bed around the corner. Really enjoyed the electric fireplace. Breakfast was decent.

The coffee station at the buffet area took a long time, even if you knew how to work it. Many people (including my party) got out of line and got juice instead. The outlet in our bathroom kept tripping, so I had to use one in the hallway to have access to a working outlet and mirror. The sliding bathroom door leaves a gap where you can see into the bathroom at anyone who may be sitting on the toilet when you come in the front door. Could be embarrassing!

It was clean and the location was good. The breakfast buffet was good and kept stocked. They don't offer daily cleaning, which I really like, because I don't really want anyone else in my room until I leave anyway.

If I had to pick one thing, I’d say that the pool area was stuffy and hot. But the pool temperature itself was perfection.

Amenities, amenities, amenities. The property was spotless, the bed was luxurious, the location was great and out of the way of load of traffic, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was phenomenal. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

Front desk staff may have been new to hospitality industry or maybe understaffed. We had our daughters listed on our reservation and the sofa bed was not made up nor was bedding provided for it. When requested we were asked to go down and get it ourselves. Which is fine, but not for the rates rooms are going for these days.

Ideally, the breakfast self - serve area would be bigger and have more choice. Being charged $30 to check in earlier than 4pm, even though the room was ready to go. Felt gouged by that.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. And if you think about it, that is where you spend most of your hotel time, so well done. Lovely decor, great views and very quiet. For the room rate charged, value for money was exceptional.
