The bed wasn't very comfortable but that didn't stop us from sleeping well.

I couldn't ask for more considering the price. The room was clean and in good condition. It was quiet. It is nice that it is close to a convenience store and Mexican restaurant.

When you enter your room for the first time, it’s smells something old? Not sure how to explain it. Also, when we were gone someone went to our room and cleaned it? We didn’t expect that as we didn’t put the sign out to have them clean it. It was not really necessary but still appreciated.

One floor level, has microwave and little fridge for your leftover food. Has CCTV. Surrounding looks clean. I felt safe. Affordable too.

Really flexible and generous staff, made my stay fairly easy, plain and simple! The venue is also located on a main road in Baraboo w/ restaurants, gas stations and the likes nearby, great for a quick trip!

Great value!!! Clean room, comfy bed with fridge and microwave in all rooms. I have stayed here multiple times and continue to return. Expectations need to be realistic! You aren't spending much so you need to realize it is an older building. I stop over here to hike nearby Devil's Lake so the location and value are what make me continue to return. Registration clerk is friendly and kind:)

Sheets came off every night. As well as the mattress pad. White sheets are easy to clean, however, there were stains that could easily have been removed. Please check behind the main dresser/tv furniture and vacuum. One tissue in Kleenex box. These things should be checked. I think a cleaning person needs to look as if they are walking into a room as a guest, not trying to get out of the room after cleaning it as fast as they can. Opening up the door at the first entry smells musty and moldy. If you know you have people reserving the room, I would suggest preparing those rooms a little bit more.

Really, my only "complaint" is no coffee in the room. But I can live with that.

I stayed here one night last spring, and so I knew what to expect: clean, quiet, comfortable (the beds are great!), convenient. Last time I stayed only one night, so I was very pleased to discover the room had been cleaned and towels replaced during the day. These days, that's become rare!

No negatives. Typical vibe and decor of an older property but well kept up facilities.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The TV had many channels! My room was set far back from the street so it was a quiet night’s sleep. Not fancy but had all the things I needed for an inexpensive single night stay as I was just passing through. Great restaurant next door and 2 convenience stores nearby.

It smelled weird, the TV had a smaller picture than the screen size and no way to change that.

The location was great. It was private and quiet. It has a great Mexican restaurant Jose’s next door, a grocery and gas station.

The floor was kinda spongy in spots. The ac unit smelled a little musty. There was also no coffee pot or coffee in the room.

Breakfast not av but I have stayed here many times and for the most part have been satisfied. Old time cozy motel and always very clean. Nice people own it and close to everything.Baraboo is amazing!

A lot of webs around lights toilet makes weird noise and faucet doesn’t turn off correctly unless you turn it in awkward way cleaning crew goes into your room, even when there isn’t a sign

The office smelled like onions, maybe from the manager cooking, but you are only in the office for a few minutes. Also some of the sidewalks are falling apart.

An older motel, they still use paper forms for check-in. No pool, no pets, no breakfast, no coffee maker. But the room was spacious and clean, and it was equipped with a big screen TV, an alarm clock, a phone, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Air conditioner worked great, as did the heat when it got cool at night. There is an ice machine in the office. The room rate was the lowest around. Five minutes from the Circus World Museum. So if you are in the Baraboo area and need a place to crash, this is not bad.

Good sized room, plenty of furniture. Convenient location on main street. Really great value. They were willing to work with us when we had to delay travel dates.
