The room was old and outdated. Broken ceiling fan, bed, and weird smells. I really felt like I was staying in a cheap motel room. It was very disappointing for a so-called resort.

The location and view from the balcony was great. The ease of checking in was also a huge plus for me.

Ask for 1st floor and did not get it. I book early and this has happened 3 years in a row. Staff on site were not very welcoming at all. None of the beds in the 3 bedroom were comfortable. Only one pool pass which made things difficult since there were 7 of us. It should not be this Hard when paying the price we paid for 4 nights.

We were disappointed with the lack of kitchen cookware and utensils. The refrigerator leaked water inside so anything we had in there in with paper packaging was ruined. The unit we were In definitely needed to be upgraded

It was a perfect location. In Myrtle Beach for a dance competition and it was close. Very short drive to all the activities we did.

We called the management 3 different times regarding our air in the master bed room not working, nobody ever came to check it out. 2 of the nights we couldn't even use our master bedroom

The address we were given to check in wasn't the correct address, so they gave us another that GPS couldn't find. The check in address was not at the site. We paid a cleaning fee and had to dump our own trash. I requested a king and 2 queen beds as we have 6 people. We got 3 full and 2 people had to sleep on the couches.

It was clean, spacious, and close to the beach.

I am not sure if this is normally a rental but the blinds in the master bedroom were very dusty. When we entered our room (of no fault from anyone) our thermostat was broken and read 99 degrees. We did have someone come by evening to fix it. The comforter in the master bedroom was worn with a tear. The hairdryer when touched was sticky. After the second day we had small black bugs in the sink area of the kitchen.The burners on the stove were tilted and it was hard to use them. I had one burner to cook with. If we needed the front desk, the phone would ring up to 3 minutes. The dryer vent was broken apart and clothing did catch on it when drying.

The villa was nice and comfortable and perfect for our family size. We enjoyed the view from the terrace daily. It had all the amenities that we needed including utensils, pots and pans, and dining ware. We were VERY fortunate to be accomadated to early check in as our flight time was changed last minute. I stay at this place frequently. The location is great and view of the marina very pretty. It is quiet. The room this time was incredibly dirty. The kitchen floor was filthy and we had to clean. Every surface in the unit was very dusty and we had to dust. The carpet was dirty and smelled bad. It was also stretched and rumbled creating a trip hazard. We had a good time but it certainly didn’t have anything to do with the condition of this condo.

The location was perfect but the room needs some upgrading, the bedroom door would not lock and the nor water was out the first night and half of Saturday.

The room wasn't clean upon arrival and waited on the phone for 2 hours and still didn't get any assistance so brought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself and wash all linens.

We have been staying here for several years and have always loved our time here the units were always nice, however some units are really starting to show signs of wear and tear and doesn’t seem to be getting any updates The unit Villa 2 704 really needs some attention. We took some family with us and I was actually embarrassed once we got inside. The keypad to get inside never worked I did report this we had to go inside through a bedroom. The walls were noticeably dirty and needs painting the towel rack was broke off the wall and propped up against the tub, a portion to the door to one of the bedrooms was broken. In a 4 bedroom unit the living room could definitely use more than 2 chairs for guest. The coffee table has a leg broken off so it was propped up against the wall the tv needs replaced there’s lines throughout the screen and the color is off I could go on but it’s exhausting.

The property itself is very nice with gorgeous balcony views. Full kitchen and all bedrooms have their own bathroom along with a washer and dryer for convenience.

Location was great. Just wish I could have booked a room on higher floor. Convince of the villa was fantastic and was a lot bigger that I was expecting. Although the living room furniture (ie…sofa and loveseats) and other minor cosmetics. But overall the space was great and located right across from the huge amazing pool. Hot tub was spacious as well but I was hoping for at least one more, given how big the property was. Al in all my stay there was pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend.

The checking process for after hours was inadequate instructions. I was disappointed with the room. When I booked I stated it was for five people. What we got was 1 bedroom so pull out bed. It wasn't a comfortable situation.
