Indoor pool is NOT open and parking was limited at times near your rooms as people were incorrectly parked and were not intervened upon.

Overall, the place was nice! Room was spacious and clean, security staff was AMAZING.

There are definitely different levels of maintenance/ upkeep in the many sections of the resort. Our unit had a great bed and sofa, but most everything else could use a good refresh. Be aware of the stairs - no elevators.

The location is fabulous, walkable distance to the Duck town boardwalk. Access to the ocean is great. There is parking at the beach access for those staying in units further back from the beach. Bed and sofa was extremely comfortable. Between the microwave and the hot plate, we were able to eat most of our meals in the unit. The units were fairly soundproof.

It was a bit tired. Outdoor table had not been moved or cleaned and appreared to have been in same position for a long time. Other apartments were able to have full use of their outdoor furniture

The first unit we were assigned to was on the upper floor three floors up too many stairs. The staff was so kind to find a lower level and a better unit. No coffee cups in second place

We checked in our place wasn’t cleaned yet . 10 min after we got it housekeepers waked in to clean with us inside. Lot maintenance needed . Closet door broke . Cd player cable not there to connect . Plugs lot not working . Place very unclean ,housekeepers not doing a good job . Shower full of mold Cob webs Furnitures and kitchen cabinets full of dust . Fan was so dust in kitchen I was afraid to turn on and dust get all over food . Carpet is so dirty full of food needs to be professional clean. Not enough toilet paper . Not enough trash bags .

Beach access was a bit far from the apartment. The staff would not allow you to dry towels on the balcony of the apartment, and the drive around the facility was pretty tight in spots.

Overall, we had a nice stay, and the beds were super comfortable. However, the beach was a little far to walk from the front of the facility. The pool was pretty good overall with plenty of room. The beach access was good. We especially liked watching the sunrise at the top of the handicap ramp. The resort does need some updates, but they appear to be working on it. They were installing a pickle ball court while we were there. The driveway around the facility is a bit tight as parking is a bit limited for some buildings. I would recommend it for the money, and it seems like it might be improving.

“Apartment” was Very outdated. Sofa was disgusting. No stove in the “apartment” just a hot plate. No communication about the unit being on the 3rd floor and no elevator. I’m 73 and have mobility issues. Indoor pool and rec center listed as being completed in 2022. June 2023 still lots of construction with no updated communication.

Upstairs neighbors were very noisy walking around. Floors were a bit creaky, as to be expected being close to water. Icemaker did not work. Several light switches did not operate anything.

Not sure where the breakfast was held, but we did enjoy the kitchen and hanging out on the deck.

The quality of some of the upgrades looked questionable at best. What wasn't updated was certainly quite dated! The biscuit tub and toilet, for example. Other things that were functional, yet very dated - the countertops (bathroom and kitchen), the kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities. Even painting the cabinets would make a huge difference! Physical keys are definitely a safety risk. The keys to our unit were also given to someone else, who walked right into our unit! Arrive before check-in time; otherwise, you'll need to call for security to let you in. Pool closed - it was too rainy to enjoy anyway. Recreation center and indoor pool were closed. The signage and numbering of the units makes about zero sense. So, be prepared to spend a fair amount of time trying to find your unit! Despite these few grumblings, this was a really nice, extended weekend for the 2 of us. For the price, location, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room, it will definitely be on our list for a repeat visit.

I had stayed here once years ago. I didn't remember much about it; so, it must not have made a "bad" impression! Based on some of the reviews I read here, I honestly didn't expect much. But, I'm pretty easy-going; so, as long as I can sleep, watch TV, eat, and get out to do the things I want, I'm pretty good. The unit we stayed in had had some cosmetic upgrades at some point. Paint, flooring, furniture, lighting, some of the doors and trim had been updated as well. So, that was nice to see. It looked like many other units were being upgraded as well. We weren't expecting 2 bathrooms, so that was a nice surprise! The balcony was great. The full kitchen was also a nice bonus. Room was clean, bed and furniture comfy, and there was plenty of storage available. Parking was plentiful. Easy walk to the beach. Easy access to Route 12 to get anywhere else you needed to go.

our tv didn’t work and it never got fixed, also I didn’t like that our balcony wasn’t off from our bedroom. seen that style online during my booking but didn’t stay in that kind of room. also, was not told hot tub and indoor pool were closed until the day before checkin which sucked.

staff entered our condo 4 times without knocking, scaring my grandson. ultimately the resort thought we were suppose to only be in 2 bedroom instead of 3. if they had called I could have shown them my reservation for 3 bedrooms. all exterior doors should have an internal lock to prevent staff from just entering. This is a major SAFETY violation also there were lower units that were not being used. I am 71 years old and had difficulty going up three flights of stairs being on the ground level would have suited me better
