This is an older hotel. The buildings and grounds are in need of some TLC. The room was clean but a little dumpy. The cover was off the a/c. The TV didn't work. But was quiet. I probably won't stay there again unless I want to save money.

Priced right. $82.98 for one night. Thats the total cost, taxes and fees included.

I am not sure that I always feel safe on the property - one wing of the hotel is abandoned and there is a lot of traffic in and out around there. I always have to wait a long time at the desk for check in even though I have booked and paid in advance they do not have my keys and paperwork prepared. It is frustrating.

TVs are small n out dated and room didn’t have any ventilation in bathroom and carpet had a wet musty smell.The exterior lighting especially at entrance from street there wasn’t anything but the very small sign.

Room was not cleaned well. The property has not been maintained, including tall weeds around the pool. Wifi was not functioning.

When booking the room, I requested a queen double on the ground floor because one of travelers in my group has mobility issues and needs a walker. I even called the motel and confirmed my request. Checked in at 3pm. The room was on the inside courtyard by the pool that required alot of walking. I asked if anything else was available, I was told there was a room on the 2nd floor, but it was amaller. No elevator, so I asked, "How was a handicapped person going to manage stairs? Counter person shrugged. I asked: "What I should I do to get a better accessible room?" I was told: " I could try another hotel." We just took the room. We were tired from traveling from out of state. The only other minor thing was that only trashcan was a 1 gallon small. Need at least 2 that size in a double room.

The room was pleasant and clean. Brandi is a treasure.

rooms were very dated. ceiling was peeling. bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom. bed skirt had what appeared to be blood on it.

No heavy blanket on bed.Toilet was wobbly and would run and water shut off.Probably bad valve inside.Bathroom was small but really liked the big bedroom with king size bed.

NO INTERNET 1st 2 nights! Fridge ticked like a Loud timer. Plug in air freshener too much! Mattress slumped on my side of bed! Doorknob fell off entrance & was locked out!

IMO they need USB plugs in the rooms. USB boxes are outdated. most all hotels provide direct plugs. no box needed

At the top of the steps there's a spot that looks almost like a constant drip of water and is slippery due to that. 2 of us slipped on it and almost fell. Also wish I could bring mine and my daughters ESA'S it would make our future trips so much better and we could all come together since we will be coming at least a couple times a month for the next few months

Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Nice and quiet after a long day of driving and Emily was super nice

We (The night Front Desk Agent, General Manager and myself could not get the internet to work in my room.

The front desk agent when I arrived was very knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk agent on duty around 11:00 PM was also very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful taking time away from her night audit duties to accommodate my needs. I also met John who is the General Manager. He was also very friendly and ready to do anything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The owner(s) should know they have an excellent night front desk agent and an excellent General Manager. I was previously the Front Desk Manager at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Lompoc, CA and one of the Night Hotel Managers at the Chumash Casino and Resort in Santa Ynes, CA so I recognize GREAT hospitality workers when I see them and these two were!
