A lot of homeless people in the area. I didn’t feel safe for a walk in the neighborhood so I drove everywhere.

The roaches, the TV only had a few channels, the windows weren't able to be completely covered, made us uncomfortable.

Water pressure in shower was very low. Could not cool water temperature down. Only the hot water worked. I had to get the office employee to help me turn on air conditioner. It was broke. The room was clean but I seen several roaches. And the bed and smoke decor was broken.

The rooms are rarely bigger than a jail cell. The beds are uncomfortable there is no room to do anything in the room except lay in bed and watch TV which is it combination of tubing and hulu. The room I was in the bathroom was being updated and looks really nice although incredibly small but the biggest problem is there is no mirror in the entire room anywhere. The refrigerator and microwave were unplugged when I got there both of which look like they survived the bar fight. I checked in with my 1-year-old son and could not even let him play on the floor because of outlets with no cover. And the neighborhood is sketchy at best

The gentleman that runs the front desk who I believe is the owner is a really super nice guy. You can tell that they have started to do a little bit of rehab but there is Miles more to go

Floors were filthy. Got a shower and stepped out to the main area and needed to shower again because my feet were instantly brown. Two nights in we found two cockroaches. Shower took at least ten minutes to get warm.

The air conditioner worked well. Kept the room cool.

Cleanliness overall needs new mattresses.

Needs a lot of work. Looks like they’ve tried to update it, but it’s got a long way to go as roaches mattresses are very old and stained overall whole place not very clean. They also asked for a $50 deposit when in all reality they should give you a $50 deposit

roaches, people sleeping in vans beside my car, constant police sirens, a doorway boarding up with plywood but looks like it could fall at any moment, roaches, water was extremely cold or hot no in between, 50$ damage deposit is way too much for the location, noise, and roaches, opened the fridge one time found it littered with roaches and never opened it again for the remainder of our stay,

It was hot and the position of the air unit was too low and the room never cooled down. There was an extra charge of $50 as deposit that was not mentioned when booking. It was refunded back, but it should be mentioned in the site.

The only complain is that the water to take a shower was colder then ice I waited for 30 mins for it to heat up and no luck.
