Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It is some distance from interstate. Online maps weren't great identifying directions. Subdued signage coming right after bridge, plus it being surrounded by one way streets. Better website map

Sometimes the room key card didn’t work. Had to swipe it a couple times to open door.

Breakfast was great and the hotel was very nice. Did have one towel in the bathroom that was not clean at all- unsure how it ended up being put in a clean room, but it was pretty gross. I would not say this is “riverfront”. It is surrounded by roads on all sides. If you’re looking to be close to the river, there are better options with similar price range. The pool was very warm and nice and our family really enjoyed it

Unavailability of handicap room. A shower chair was provided but the tub And bathroom was so small it was very hard to use by my 100% disabled husband.
Good service. Price adequate and ẁas allowed to extend checkout one hr.

I booked a riverfront view room. However, it is really a bridge view room because the bridge is right in front of the windows, not much river viewing. What surprised me was that at night, the draw bridge made so much laud noise every so often when a large truck passing the bridge. I would not recommend anyone for that. In fact, I would recommend to avoid riverfront view room.

This is right in heavy downtown city traffic.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and were interested in our comfort. Very good breakfast.

I think the fan in the bathroom was broken unless it didn't have one, but most do. Not sure why they have vending machines if they're going to be empty. They need a better curtain for the shower - no matter how you pull it, it still causes water to leak on the floor.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was convenient. It's always nice to have a little breakfast with your stay.

Our room faced a block wall. I should have checked when booking the room.
Breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, etc... Our room was clean and spacious. No view, but we didn't stay there much. It was a great location to hit all of the antique and unique stores downtown. Walking distance to the riverfront for us. There was a pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it.

The TV could have been placed higher up on the wall, so it can be seen from bed. The door to the bathroom, is too long, so it rubbed on the tile and made noises & made it hard to get in and out of the small bathroom. Room 424. Being on the 4th floor, with the elevator at the other end of the building.
Nice comfy bed and pillows. Clean room. Easy walking distance to Winona Park concerts.

It needs some remodeling. The carpets definitely need replacement. The hotel was busy and the elevators very slow. But the rooms are nice and well cleaned.
Location was wonderful for viewing the spectacular fireworks show.

The "river view" upgrade was not worth it, even though we did have a good laugh upon opening our window.
