We booked a king room, but it was being worked on. We had to stay in a 2 queen room instead. The beds felt more like full size than queen. The room itself was not as spacious as we expected. It almost felt like a cabin on a cruise ship. Also, we use an Amazon Fire Stick when travelling. For some reason, the wi-fi did not allow us to enter the room info, so we were not able to use it. There was no one there who could help us, either.

Loved the fact it was on the water. It wasn't on the beach, but the beach was a short drive away. The hotel was within walking distance from some great restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a dinner cruise that takes you out into the Gulf right around the corner. That was fun!

I stayed in 2 different rooms, and both had a gap in the door which let light in from the hallway all night long making it difficult to sleep. Also, room 208 was right next to the ice machine which was very noisy at 1:30 in the morning when someone was out there filling a cooler with ice. Also, 208 had no hot water.

We wanted to do some kayaking we saw advertised on the hotel website but nobody was ever at the booking counter. I think it was a partner business, so I understand it might not be the hotels fault but every day we went down nobody was there so we gave up. We asked at reception but they weren’t sure.

Great location. Right by 5th ave, tin city and the bay which had some nice restaurants/bars. Room comfortable/clean with all amenities. Free parking and lovely restaurant/bar area overlooking the bay. Pool area and jacuzzi nice and clean.

The location is nice - within a 10-20 minute walk to Main Street and about a mile from Naples beach. Boat rental was nice, rooms were standard, pool was standard. Restaurant was decently good and had a fun atmosphere.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was beautiful, close to everything such as the water, Tin City and 5th Ave. The staff did a good job replenishing towels and making up the room. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and all areas were kept clean. Food at their restaurant was generous and very enjoyable.

We went out at 7am and got back at 3pm and the room hadn't been made up. This happened twice. The room could have been bigger with a night stand both sides of the bed.

The hotel was on the corner of a busy road and our room faced that intersection making it very noisy. The pool, as well, was along the road and while you could not see the cars, it was still very noisy. My room was also very humid

The beds were very comfortable, the hotel restaurant had a nice happy hour, the pool was warm and clean. Walking distance to downtown Naples. Loved the complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Service was great and we enjoyed the bike rentals

Would’ve been nice to have coffee available in lobby throughout the day instead of just in the am. Bathrooms are extremely small, room is small but comfy . Staff is very friendly, really excellent. Pool area is small but sufficient. Beware of uneven pavement/stonework in restaurant & pool area!

Refrigerator small. No microwave. No Bayfront robes like last year. Hallways quite noisy, especially on weekends. Primitive channel guide for TV.

Location is unbeatable. Good WiFi reception. King-size bed great. USB charging ports near phone. Very clean. AC kept the room at a good temperature. Washing machines and dryers. Live entertainment. In-room coffee-maker and tea-maker. Salt water swimming pool.
