One of the cooks took exception to me getting to breakfast around 840am...and did not want to bring out fresh eggs.

The front desk receptionist were awesome and the house keeping ladies were very helpful and curtious.

our room was above the entrance. people checking in late had a very noisy truck and car doors opening and closing. would maybe not stay in room 203. the bed sheets kept popping off the mattress….slightly annoying. not many take away food options at the exit.

right off I20. room was spacious. nice sized fridge and microwave in room. staff was super friendly. in room coffee but also at breakfast. we didn’t eat but grabbed coffee and a muffin to go. well lit parking lot

Location was close to the things I needed. Breakfast was ok. Room for improvement. Apple juice was super sweet, no ice water to drink. Could have included some sausage or bacon and some fruit (grapes orange, apple). Add variety of spread for bagels. Staff was friendly and kind.

That breakfast was atrocious. Half done biscuits, cooked coffee, no meat. Had to go to Wendy's. A good continental breakfast would have been better.

The comforters were dirty and needed to be washed, dark stains were on them. The staff needs coaching on how to remain professional when guest are in the lobby. There should not be any gossiping about other coworkers while guest are waiting.

I like the size and the location the most, the price was reasonable considering the time I booked the room.

I didn't like that the kitchen didn't supply you with a Small countertop Confection stove. Also the lower floor was very noisy Used to stand up higher but the elevator was broken All the Days we stayed there. Had no Access To the ice machine , we Don't climb stairs because of our age and disability limitations.

I love everything about the hotel especially the kitchen The large refrigerator lots of cabinets but my downfall was that it didn't have a convection stove. Which would have been very very appreciated.The Food was very good even though we are in Covid-19. No complaints about the service of food And the hospitality was great.

The room had a very musty smell and windows didn’t open. A train went by and blew its whistle every morning about 3am - I never heard it because we kept the AC/fan on all night for white noise, but my husband did. He also heard a dog barking one morning early in a neighboring room. I missed having fresh fruit or yogurt at breakfast. I also would have liked the USB plug ins most models have. Internet was weak and I had to enter the insecure WiFi paper every time I logged in to my phone.

Nice, clean, well-furnished room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate with egg omelette, waffle, cereal, and coffee. Perfect location for us. Fairly quiet.

Pillows could be a little fuller and fluffier and in the kitchen unit, there wasn't anything. Maybe some paper products like paper towels, plates and at least plastic silverware so if people brought food in they would be able to find what they need to enjoy it.

The room was spacious and very nice. Clean and had all that we needed and was very comfortable.

I think the breakfast could've been better. I would've liked to see some meats (sausage or bacon) or some more options besides plain biscuits and gravy and eggs, such as yogurt. Breakfast was lackluster overall.

I was told to get a discount on the site and I was still charged the original price and when I advised the clerk she stated nothing she could do she doesn't deal with booking site.

The rooms was very clean and up to comfort stay. Most of the staff was very nice and generous I didn't much of housekeeping as I would have liked but everything else was lovely

Breakfast was limited. The bedding appeared to have been laundered but was stained.

Staff was responsive to all my questions and accommodate my needs, to me was a good value for my needs, if I need to be in the area again I will return to same hotel
