I didn't like that because I reserved on Booking .com, it didn't give me the option to use my AAA discount. I then asked if I could use it when making my payment,but they said I couldn't.

Room was a little tight, smaller than I’m typically use to. But worked out for the purpose of my needs.

Side exterior door doesn't close fully or lock unless you securely pulled it in. Room door does same - doesn't close unless you pull it tight. Non smoking facility but the weed smell was very strong in the entry and hallways. Smears on the bathroom walls and comforter was not clean on 1 bed. Front desk wasn't friendly. We had 4 people staying but only had 2 towels. When asked for 2 more towels was irritated we bothered him.

The bathroom light is kind of dim. The shower handle was a bit of a challenge to operate. The sink was set up wrong: the side that is supposed to be hot was cold and visa versa; I think the plumber hooked it up wrong.

The waffles are awesome! Good selection of food The pillows were just right. Having cookies offered is a nice touch.

There was bottled water left over in the fridge in our room, and the jets for the hot tub were broken, but the staffed helped us with that.

The staff was super accommodating and helpful with any issues that we had. Staff was super friendly and inviting as well.

The location wasn’t great it’s far away from restaurants and everything. No elevator but helpful staff. The parking lot was a little sketchy too. I think it was overpriced for what I got.

The staff made it work. They don’t have an elevator. I was unaware of that when I booked a room on the 2nd floor. The man working the front desk carried my heavy luggage up the stairs and to my room for me. He was very friendly and helpful.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke and musty, however I think this was from the internal heating. I also was unable to work the shower without feeling like I was going to break the shower handle. This resulted in me not showering. When I asked house keeping yo assist me the following morning, she also had difficulty accessing water and the shower working.

The staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, the breakfast that was included in the price was good.

Carpet in both in the room and in the halls look outdated. The place doesn't offer much as amenities.

Free breakfast from 630 to 930. I had booked the king studio suite and it came with a jacuzzi tub inside the room. Place was clean and relaxing.

Parking lot asphalt stuck to my new car tire. A chunk about 5 inch X 4 inch had to be pride off. Lot was repaired very badly. Bathtub water force was great but hardly any pressure once the shower was turned on.

This property is not well kept. The shower in the room didn't work at all. There was a bit of rowdiness around the property that they definitely could do without.

The price was okay. I had just stayed in a Baymont Hotel the night before for the same rate.
