You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was not the best. No eggs provided. Orange juice was out. Only hot item was waffles but there were none and I arrived early on so those items should have been available. Some places in bathroom were rusted and should be replaced.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to many stores and restaurants. Great value for the money overall and I would stay there again and recommend to others.

GermanyWalls a bit thin to the neighbours and a scaringly old fridge which was probably the noisiest thing around. No shades on the window so either you sit in the dark or are exposed to anyone passing by.
Surprisingly nice place for the money. Well lit at night alround so felt safe even when arriving late at night and by myself. Large room and everything in it that you would need for an overnight on the Interstate.

United States of Americano hot chocolate packets (of course I didn't ask either). We don't drink coffee or tea. We were in the pool everyday and it did disappoint us that the pool wasn't cleaned of leaves, many leaves. We'd swim at noon so I'd think they'd have the nets to clean or pumps cleaned out because there was little pressure from the jets after the first day. Thus I believe the leaves stayed at the bottom of the pool.
Excellent location, breakfast bar was great! Loved the friendliness of the staff. The price was a GREAT VALUE and OH it was listed as having a pool and not only did they have a pool IT WAS OPEN!

United States of AmericaThe folks just hanging about outside their rooms socializing. They didn't bother me, but I mention it because my 70. +year old parents were disconcerted.
The staff are very attentive and friendly. Especially Billy at front desk. The location is excellent if you're visiting limestone university the location is5 min from campus and fields. Also a huge benefit is food options : Ingles is a good grocery store, 200 yards from hotel, and there's 20+ restaurants within 5 minutes walking, 2-3 city blocks.
