The hotel was not clean. The bathroom still had dirty items in it, and the pool and hot tub were pretty filthy. The hotel also ran out of towels while we were there. Cleanliness was the #1 issue. Also, they closed the pool at 11pm. We were there for an event that ended at 10pm each day, so by the time we got back, we couldn't use the awesome pool area.

The location is great, and the pool area is more spacious than most. The man who did our check-in was kind.

the language barrier is insane. my son has a dary allergies and I was asking if the eggs have milk in them and the person just walked away . then I went to ask for a broom to clean my kids mess and he just walked away from me . if he doesn't understand he should of gotten someone that could understand.

def did not care for the roaches. could have donewithout those. will try to not stay here again if I don't have to. I really couldn't sleep just thinking that if I turned out the lights they would all be coming out and oh hell no if that happened.

found roaches...live roaches. which means they are lacking on the pest control. if they were dead that would be one thing, but when I have to kill them, gross. You know how they say if you see one, there's hundreds...well I killed 4. eww.

Neighbors upstairs were extremely loud all day and night. Sounded like they were constantly moving furniture and constantly walking. Found big bag of cocaine in the hallway by our room and nothing was done about it. No cops were called. Then found little bags around the hotel. Fridge in room kept freezing all our items. The heater was all messed up, one minute it was cold and had to turn heat up high like 80 and then it was so hot that we were sweating and had to turn the ac on. Check out time is 12pm and housekeeping was going around kicking people out of their rooms so they can clean and it was only 9:30 am in the morning. This hotel was so ridiculous. Do not go here. Waste of money

At first everything was fine, bed was comfortable. Room was smaller than what they made the picture look like. Never will come here again. Waste of money

Vending machines could use an update, they don't have a debt reader and only accept $1 bills.

Clean with polite staff. Staff made casual conversations when in the hall. The pool was as expected, with out the massive chemical smell, it still has the smell but not over barring like most places. I was not expecting breakfast however there was one and it was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. My daughter also left her tablet at the hotel, we noticed about an hour and a half after we checked out, called the hotel and they insured me they had it at the front desk. We were still in town so we picked it up but they were willing to mail it. I am so grateful that the staff was honest and took it to the desk.

We was there with family we had over 3 rooms and one had bed bugs so we had to pack up kids at 10pm and leave pool was nasty ants everywhere and bugs

When we got to our room the TV was on and the bed looked liked someone had been laying in it and a dirty towel was on the table. The only other room was not what we had reserved and my daughter had to sleep on the pull out couch, which was dirty and did not have linen. The towels are old and scratchy.

Hot tub was not as hot as should be. There was a long wait for shuttle pick up after game and then everyone crowded into the vans. Automatic charge (without notice) for safe which was taxed!

Comfortable room with security safe, coffeemaker, microwave and larger frig. Wonderful breakfast with an abundance of choices and sides. Coffee available 24/7. Shuttle service available. Staff pleasant and easy to work with.

Halls smell like decades of smoking indoors. Odor is probably coming from the carpets, which look like they haven't been changed since the 80's. Bath tub was clogged. Breakfast was lacking.

Too many people smoking pot in and out of the rooms. No one was trying to hide anything. This hotel attracted a lot of characters. Went for the breakfast, they were out of ending hot, and I watched the "cook" or whomever worked in the kitchen, sit on her phone in the eating area, despite everyone there making comments about no food

There was no electricity in part of the suite. There were stains on the walls and ceiling. Mold in the corner of the bathroom. The cleaning people knocked on our door at 8:20 AM to see if they could clean. We did not appreciate that at ALL. We have NEVER had that happen so early before.

The inside of the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room smelled slightly of cigarettes as well. The walls are very thin. The AC kicked off at some point the second night so I had to get out of bed to turn it back on.

The entire hotel smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. The hallway carpeting was not vacuumed and covered in stains. Our room wasn't vacuumed, there were dead bugs on the floor by the nightstand and one of the mattress covers had blood on it.

Nothing. We did not end up staying at this hotel. Our first room was dirty and unsanitary. We were given another room, which was just as bad, so we chose to stay at a different hotel.
