We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Very nice & friendly staff. Our room we booked deluxe king with balcony & hot tub wasn’t available 24 hrs before arriving. But the staff made sure we had a room with hot tub no balcony. The room we ended up with was nice & spacious & had a hot tub. So all in all no big deal we didn’t have the balcony.

Pillows were not very comfortable. Fridge in room runs a little loud.
Convenient location in Battle Creek. Pool/ hot tub were nice. Standard but satisfying continental breakfast.

Hall way smelled very bad like weed, the bath room and floor where pretty dirty had to clean when I got there. But wasnt horrible

The bathroom is tiny. It was missing the hair dryer and half the outlets did not work. The bathtub did not drain well/fast enough so you were left standing in dirty water up to your ankles (higher for a child). The mini fridge was set too high (and the knob was broken so we couldn't adjust it) that our drinks either froze or became slushes.
Close proximity to the floor hockey tournament.

I didn't like not being notified of $50 damage deposit I had to pay once checking in, up front, while making reservations. Had already paid for room online in advance. So that was confusing since our payment info was already on file, don't see the point in paying the extra.
The room was very clean, the hot tub in our room was really nice and husband and I very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was fun time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Everything was good. No complaints.
The breakfast was excellent. It was walking distance from the Amtrak station and a good stop off point between Detroit and Chicago, avoiding hotel costs in Chicago.

The fire alarm was hanging but seemed to be working. People upstairs were running around a bit, but still wasn't bad.
I liked how clean the room was. The staff was friendly. The pool was refreshing. Everything was conveniently located close by. The breakfast was nice.

We had a problem with our toilet overflowing for some reason and we had to clean it up. No elevator.
After a disappointing stay at another Baymont, we switched to this one and had a better experience. Room was clean, bed was comfy and pool/hot tub area was nice.

Room looked clean, but the floor was filthy. After taking a shower, our feet got dirty and black from walking around the room. Need to mop the floors. Breakfast could have been better. Small space and not a very good selection of food, like scrambled eggs or bacon. They had hard boiled eggs and sausage, waffle maker, bagels and toast, oatmeal and cereal. It was ok. Coffee was good. The exercise room was tiny and just big enough for the 3 cardio machines. No weights. The 2nd night of our stay, groups of guests were running and stomping in the halls and yelling and being very loud trying to wake up everyone and even banged on our door. I didnt feel safe that night and kept getting woke up from the other guests.
Room was huge and we loved the whirlpool in the room. Everything looked nice and clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Coffee was good in breakfast room.

Hot tub not working.and phone did not work in room if an emergency or to contact front desk, we couldn't, it was plugged in, no dial tone and would not dial, towels in room too short and to little to use after showering, we had 3 adult people on reservation but only 2 coffee packets available in room
