Before I start this I am in the renovation business. Carpets old and torn in the room, multiple small repairs needed. Drywall that was water damaged. Mirrors dirty sheets had stains. Shower head was absolutely terrible took 20 minutes to shower.

Very much a perfect location. Staff was very accommodating.

First of all the room we had contained water bugs.The swimming pool water was so cold you could not enjoy, 😔 unless you're a polar bear. The staff not friendly. It was horrible.

The staff was a bit short with me and didn't seem to be in the mood to help. I thought that they forgot to give me the wifi password, but it was written on the card envelope without an explanation of what it was, but I figured it out. Also, the cleaning lady walked in on me instead of calling the room or checking to see if I had checked out on my last day.

The breakfast wasn’t great and an employee randomly came in to change our air vent after letting me into the room because my hands were full and it made me uncomfortable because it didn’t need changing

When my husband took a shower it sounded like a jackhammer coming through the walls. Something was seriously wrong with it.

One of the bed's sheet {on the mattress} kept coming off due to the matters losing it firmness. The mattress needs to be replaced.

Suite had actual plates and silverware, full size refrigerator and a stove. Its literally a 2 bedroom suite (with a living room) I enjoyed the short our stay we had but would recommend the suite for folks traveling with family for extra privacy.

The pool was cold & cloudy. The staff was VERY unwelcoming and rude. The elevator sounded very sketchy. The refrigerator worked so good it froze everything in it.

Not very many options for breakfast, and what was there was nasty. Eggs were very crumbly, sausage cheep quality. Those two and the waffles (if you consider them hot) were the only hot options. Bread for toast, muffins, yogurt and apples . The hallway/elevator had an unpleasant smell to it.

Close to Ruby falls and in front of a Walmart for any thing you need to get for the trip. You vlcan pretty much walk to it.

Rooms very out dated, indoor pool was way too cold. Room was not clean had to get a bottle of cleaner and clean the room myself.

Hotel is extremely outdated. Carpet was pulling up and threading in our rooms. Black on the ceilings. Water all over the bathroom floor, unsure if from leaking toilet or puddles left from cleaning. Only 1 lamp worked in the room, out of the 3 or 4 there. Elevator was noising and a little scary going up to the 3rd floor.

Close to the highway and there were adjoining rooms for my family of 6.

We rented a king suite. The TV in the sitting room didn't work. After 1 hour of trying to find someone to fix it. We were sent to another room. That TV didn't work. I offered to switch the TV in the first room. Switched the 2 TV, moved back to the first room and was settled in 2 hours later. Upon checkout, maintenance was told of the problem and said that he was aware of it. If he was aware of it, why wasn't it fixed before we arrived

Once we get settled in, all was good . Clean room good breakfast

There was two holes in the walls. A big one in the bathroom next to the shower. The other hole was in the actual room by the window. there was two spiders that we saw & the microwave didn’t work.

I liked the location! But that’s about it.

The hotel wasn't as clean as it normally is. No one ever came to the front desk the day of my departure. It seems they were short staffed I understand this day and time no one wants to work anymore

I like the location not being far from ruby falls and most attractions. Also having some stores within walking distance. Price, room size would definitely book again .
