- bad impression when the key would not work to open the room's door. We had to change it several times - the first thing we saw was the rest room door damaged and on the inside the hook on the door was loose, twisted, we could not use it - the rug felt sticky, not very clean

I think the experience would have been perfect if they updated a few things about the room (like replacing the grout etc).

I was in Room 118, and whoever was on the second floor on top of my room was making a lot of noise ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!!! It stopped at 11pm and picked back up at 3am. Alot of banging.

Can't really say anything negative. The only thing I could say if I wanted to nitpick was that one lady at the front desk wouldn't trade out our towels. She told me that housekeeping would wash them, and replace them the next morning. Really not a big deal, but slightly irritating.

This is our go to hotel for our trips to Clute/Lake Jackson. As always the hotel itself was clean. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Highly recommend.

Well, last time I stayed on the 3rd floor. It was so nice and looked almost remodeled. This time I was in room 213.The bathroom could use some work and it wasn't as nice as the last time. The toilet wouldn't flush right the entire time and got clogged a lot. S9 somet8mes i had to go downstairs to the restroom. The shower leaked really bad at the faucet and the smell of cigarettes and mold were overwhelming. It wasn't near as nice as the first stay. The biggest thing were roaches and bugs in the room. I saw way more than I'd like to. It was very unexpected.

We came down for my 40th Birthday. I stayed here a couple years ago. The staff was great and I love access to the Pool and gym as well as the breakfast. Bed was amazing. Not as good as the first experience. But still not a bad stay.

Bathroom linens were older and worn. No hand soap in the bathroom - had to use body wash instead, and there was barely enough to cover both nights for 2 people.

Great location, friendly staff, good continental breakfast, and quiet room. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

The carpets are old, and I did not feel comfortable walking around with bare feet.

The beds were comfortable, there was a medium-sized fridge for drinks and leftovers, and a microwave to heat those leftovers up. The breakfast was a big plus that made it a good value.
