The Asian lady at the reception was not very helpful and rude. I got lost twice and came back to ask her where exactly was my room located. She had this mean look and with her mouth pointed to where the location was.

The bathroom had a really bad odor of mildew and it gave that immediate vibe that I wasn't bathing in a clean bathroom.

The beds were really comfy and the people that worked there were extremely nice and helpful.

Coffee maker was a dud. I really could habe asked for a replacement but I didn't really care.

I Wan my expecting much from a motel type next to the freeway but I was so wrong. Not like this was extravagant or gorgeous but it was nice in all the right ways. Easy location. Comfy beds. Excellent breakfast spread in a location accessible only with a room key away from lobby. And the staff I met was all so very nice! I was able to park right outside my room, too!

Everything!! Easy check-in, super friendly! They gave us treats and water bottles at check-in. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast and a wonderful gal that kept it stocked all the way to the end. An Angel went the extra mile for us. I was at a concert my husband could not get a hold of me and was worried about us. He called the hotel and Angel called my room every hour until she reached me, to make sure I was safe. We will be telling our friends and we will be back someday!!

The location was noisy by the freeway. The hotel grounds were unkept and dirty. The front desk person was not accommodating. It's not a good first-time impression of the hotel. He handed us a paper that had our room number on it, and I felt like we were bothering him. Although I wasn't surprised after, I stayed a night at this place. The room was very mediocre. The furniture was old and chipped. The mirror that was hanging up on the bathroom door was not secured properly. The free breakfast was only good until 9 am.. We were ten minutes late getting to the breakfast area, and they had already locked us out. Our key card would not work. We could clearly see that people were still in the breakfast area eating. My husband went to the front desk to talk to the same gentleman who was there the night before about getting coffee. He made a pot for us in the front office area. However, he said we were too late to get our free breakfast. Our bed was not made properly. The room smelled very musty. As we were packing up to get out of our hotel room, we were running over our checkout time by a few minutes. We got a call from the front desk asking if we were doing an extended stay because we were over our checkout time by ten minutes. So disappointing....It's one of the worst places i've ever stayed. I would never recommend this place. It was awful. It wasn't worth two hundred dollars for 1 night. I spent $200 to stay in a mediocre room, no free breakfast, it was noisy, it smelled bad, the hotel grounds were unkept and dirty, and awful customer service.

There was no internet for all days I stayed and no one could either fix it, or move rooms or even help somehow. Absolutely terrible for someone travelling from outside US with no Mobile data. I spent hours on call with tech support everyday to get wifi fixed, which is not the job of a customer. Breakfast can be improved as it didn't seem fresh and property seemed dated.

bathroom door in room 222 did not close, shower curtain needs adjustment, some electric wall outlets and lamp receptacles did not work, ( I worked as an Electrician for 50 years), only every 3 days maid service, bathtub and shower should have grab bars.

The place was advertised as being nicer and having the pool and hot tub available. Overall, I didn't enjoy the place smell and even breakfast was not that great.

The pictures online were NOT what we received. Our room was dated and smelled of musty smoke. There was hair in the shower and pee crusted on the back of the toilet lid. Fridge and freezer did not seem to work properly and the freezer compartment was filled with frost so we couldn't put anything in it. The outdoor pool was "open" on line, but wasn't open for another few weeks when we got there. Their hot tub was also out of order, so my kids were very disappointed. TV had very few channels to choose from, and would often go "off line" often so we couldn't even watch a show.

The faucet in the second sink was faulty and sprayed everywhere. Note, parking spaces are not wide enough for most trucks.

Room was very large, clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant to deal with. The room layout was ideal for 2 people sharing a room who are not related.

Could not get the microwave to work . It was an older model so should have been quite simple. Leave a set of directions In room for operating micro. Keep it simple . I know the unit was getting electricity. The clock on it was lit up. Very frustrating for me ! The bathtub plugs should be in or around tubs . I had to call for one . A simple and easy fix . Coffee dispensers in room …. Really bad! I have gotten use to bringing my own coffee press with my own coffee however with no microwave it was a like difficult to get hot water!

Would have love ld sugar free items like yogurt! Loved the breakfast sandwich in refrigerator. Great idea! Love berries when in season . Nice addition when in season and wouldn’t break the bank.
