Their 24h kiosk is bomb. A live agent is available to help with checkin and checkout. Was able to get in and out with key cards on hand in 10 mins.

Contacted the property before and asked for a floor room. When we got there we had a 2nd floor. I asked for this since my husband is disabled. I did not like the check in kiosk.

The location was good. The room was decent for the price. Accommodated my request for a late checkout as we were there for a 1030 funeral. We wanted to come back and get our things and change clothes.

The area and clientele were living out of the rooms . Lots of people loud and fighting all night . Smoking marijuana and drinking . The police never came out . The room smelled musty , the beds were worn out . The floors were dirty .

There were roaches in our first room. It was infested. We had taken a nap and woke up to get ready and they were all over. Tiny ones at least. But the second room after we asked to be moved was much cleaner and updated.

Just blind on the windows no curtains to shut out the light. No table to eat at. The iron board was rusty & broke, the door handle would pull off when you opened the door to the outside.

Was there in Kissimmee working and Stayed almost a week throughout probably 3 or 4 reservations and the 1st time I thought my office was paying for the entire time at once, nope the lady told Me when I got back I was supposed to check out and I left my stuff I explained the confusion with my office and the front desk Lady was The Coolest person She was Like No worries ! 2nd time She was firm but worked with me while I got my office to handle it !!!! 2/19 everything has been great !!!

The room had a mattress that was broken the toilet was running water every 5 minutes and didn't have an extractor in the restroom It was too noisy a lot of kids were playing around and the shades are not too good to keep the lights out hard to get some good rest we stay 7 days and nobody comes to the room not even one and we ask on the front and they tell me some one is going to be there nobody shows up towel we have to get it from the lady cleaning others rooms

Location is good and they do a good job on the outside of the property keeping the areas clean

The floors were filthy. We used a wet towel to scrub the floors just so they wouldn't be sticky. There was roach poop behind the bathroom door. The bathroom also always smelled like someone had smoked in there. The faucet for the shower was kinda broken, so you had to be really careful to find the "sweet spot" where the water would be actually off. The shower head also sprayed water behind itself like it wasn't installed correctly, or maybe had a crack. The first day we were there it smelled like someone ran around the room spraying flower scented spray. It was really intense. Also wish there were blackout curtains in the room, since the street light came in brightly through the shades.

The staff was super nice. The sheets and towels were clean. Didn't use the pool but it also looked clean. The fridge and microwave were clean as well. No issues with the AC.

They say they offer coffee and breakfast, but due to the renovations these facilities were unavaible at the time. The spot if conveniently located to many areas of food and near anything people need. There were individuals who would be a bit loud at night that were staying near by, this was a bit disturbing, but it is understandable as many come for vacation with their families.

I like how the property has a reasonable price for what it offered. The room was clean and had plenty of space for food. Everything in the room worked. The only problem was that the bed board had come loose, but it is understandable as the facility is undergoing renovations. This did not impede me getting a room which was fantastic.

Room 237 vanity water faucet. Hot water line not working, water line under sink not connected properly, sink drain missing, and faucet not installed properly. The faucet and drain should be replaced.
