Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the first room we were given smelled of tobacco smoke. There was a deposit for damage from smoking, so I asked to change rooms as I thought they might say that we smoked in the room. The desk agent complied, but I thought it was weird, the next room smelled just fine. Also, given all the warnings about not smoking there was an aroma of smoking marijuana in the halls the whole time

Pool was closed, was given a key to a room that was not clean. Had to waite an extra 45 min past the check in before being able to get in the room.l

Everyone was wonderful
Friendly receptionist and maintenance man was very nice and helpful all employees were very greeting and nice enjoyed the breakfast bar overall great quite place

The smell, it smelled like animal urine in the room I was moved to. The original room didn’t have heat. For the price it was okay, and I will be back. But the urine smell is horrendous.

Seems like they were understaffed. Check-in was not quick. Not to mention, they charged a $100 deposit, which was not expected. The rooms were very small, especially the bathrooms, and in serious need of an update.
It's cheap. The pool area looked really nice, although we never used it. Beds weren't terrible, and there was a decent amount of breakfast options. The waffles were by far the best part of our stay.

The toilet was way to low and the hot water takes forever and is loud
Staff was great. Bed was semi comfy. We had a king suit, the couch was okay but the desk chair I couldn’t reach the floor with my feet and it didn’t like to role forward

There were very noisy neighbors that kept me up one night all night. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase and bags up the stairs which was very difficult, the location of the Hotel is not so good due to the fact that there is not much around the Hotel as far as restaurants or entertainment.
I liked the fact that they have hot breakfast and not continental breakfast, I liked the pool area very nice and clean, I liked the cleanliness of the Hotel and the staff was friendly.

I’m a regular by now. And the only thing that still bothers me a bit is than despite having the do not disturb sign outside of the door the cleaning staff are a bit loud.
Staff is nice and respectful. I come to the property very frequently and they treat me with like family by now.

The first room we were placed in seemed to have a bug issue not bed bugs, as soon as front desk was notified we were given a new room, and they quickly addressed the issue!!!
As always the front desk staff was very nice and attentive!!

Ended up being bit either by a spider or possible bed bug, not sure what caused the 4 bites i received. We checked the room but didnt notice any, then again im not a bed bug hunter.
Breakfast was ok, ive had better at smaller hotels but i wasnt there to eat breakfast. Location was great, it was close to everywhere we wanted to see.

Indoor pool was closed.
I liked the hard surface floors rather than carpet (cleaner). Bed was comfortable. Shower head had a nice spray.

The pic on website does not match the room. The bathroom needs major upgrades. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and bedroom. The new floor was nice, just be better if the bathroom reflexes too. Also u are right by the highway with no wall. It can be really loud!
