You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Broken chair in room. Couldn't turn on bathroom light without the fan. Lamp with burned out bulb.
A/C worked well. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of counter space next to sink. Almost instant hot water.

The breakfast was adequate (they had sausages and hard boiled eggs for protein, and the usual cereal and waffles) but not remarkable.
We were looking for a place to stay right outside of Montgomery (we came to visit the amazing 5 star museum complex called the Legacy Sites--look it up!) and this was perfectly located just north of the city. It was clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff friendly.

The continental breakfast was ok, the boiled eggs were horrible, wouldn't even feed them to my dogs, I don't know if they were frozen before or old, but they were already peeled, very gross
I liked that the door was right by my car, the beds were comfortable, but that's about it

Breakfast was very limited and could offer other food items such as yogurt and granola bars. Coffee bar could use some flavored creamer. I went to the store and brought my own flavored creamer. It would help if breakfast lasted to 10:00 AM due some customers having late check-in the night before and needing to get much needed sleep the next morning.
Excellent and clean facility. Love the location which is close to several shopping centers and a large variety of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Look forward to staying there again.

Not very clean, old carpet, very small & loud from people talking & smoking on the outside of our door. Not worth the $$$. Breakfast not worth it except the waffles , boiled eggs not fresh.

The pool was not clean. The filters were packed and it had not been skimmed. The blue tiles around the sides were in need of a proper cleaning.
The professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They were super friendly from the host to the maids.

Vending machine was out of order and there was only 1 snack machine for the whole complex,(2 seperate buildings)!!!! Pool was closed the night we checked in and all the next day until around 5:30p.m. due to "chemicals" being put in the water!!! When they did finally open the pool, after asking them about it several times, had to sign a waiver to be able to get in the pool!
Very friendly staff. Room was clean.

Around checkout time I feel as if we are rushed to get out.
The room was actually cleaner then any hotel I have been to in prattville AL.The workers were very friendly we even left something behind when we left and they called us to come pick it up I thought that was just amazing will most definitely be coming here for more stays plus bonus they gave us extra towels I didn’t have to ask for them they were in our room that’s was most definitely a plus .

The pool was closed the entire 3 night stay (mainly due to weather) and there are no elevators.
Breakfast was really nice and always on time. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. There are so many different shops and restaurants nearby you will be fine even if you forget to pack something.

Thin walls to clearly hear conversations next room over, toilet and shower missing pieces/hardware. Breakfast had only four tables and limited food for the number of people staying on a fully booked Friday night/Saturday morning.
Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Smoke free and pet free.
