We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRefrigerator in my room was broken and smelled rancid when I opened it. The seat in the handicapped shower was not sturdy. The bolts seemed to be coming out of the wall. A person larger than me might cause it to separate from the wall and cause injury. I suggest that it be removed and just put in a plastic shower chair, 30 or 40 dollars.
They take pets. Was able to get a first-floor room. Sara at the front desk was great and went out of her way to fix a problem with my room.
