There is no “spa” it’s been filled in. The indoor pool is not heated (water was freezing in March). The hotel is under renovations. The “secure” side doors are constantly being propped open for people to come and go. No bedside lights, just a lamp in the corner. Although there are signs saying no smoking the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke/weed. The door to the room appeared to have been forced open at some point, latch was super wiggly.

Updated rooms and right across the road from outlet mall. The staff was very friendly.

Building not secure. Some outside doors didn't close well. Door to room showed clear signs of having been forced previously. Expected more of offered "free breakfast" than a bag of pre-packed pastries; but it sufficed. And the coffee was excellent. Proffered WiFi apparently not secure.

The extremely small staff was quite friendly and helpful. Hotel offers several convenient entrances/exits. Decent value for price.

The staff was very very helpful and even with the current remodeling occurring the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy...

The bed was comfortable except the sheets, would not stay on they kept coming off. There was not any lights on the nightstands. There was not a vent in the bathroom. Breakfast was a grab and go which consisted of three breakfast cakes of some sort.

TV reception was terrible. No remote control. No fridge. No microwave. No coffee pot although there were cups for coffee. It appears they gave the worst room to booking.com

Room was fairly dirty. Felt very moist and humid in the room. We stayed in two different rooms and they each had a distinct smell. The AC units were pretty unreliable and barely got the rooms cold. We tried to stay over the weekend but they charged INSANE surge pricing. It was nearly DOUBLE the daily rate we already had. Not at all worth the increased cost. The booking indicates "breakfast" is offered and the pictures indicate a traditional hotel breakfast with many choices, this is not the case. There is only a very basic "grab N go" option that is much less than indicated. The pool was somewhat clean, there is no hot tub or "sauna" as is indicated on all the signage around the hotel.

Squeaky bed- thin walls.

The room was exactly what we expected... just a simple room to sleep in. We were not expecting any "frills" so we were not disappointed. It was a clean place to spend the night. There is a restaurant right next door. It was about 25 minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater which was where we were going for a concert. The bed was VERY VERY squeaky, and the walls are VERY thin which is the only complaint I have. Every time we moved in the night we would hear a squeak... Also, the lady in the room next to us had a bad cough and we could hear her all night long. IF you are just looking for a clean, cheaper place to stay for a night it works just fine. The area seemed safe from what we could see, and the guy working the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was a brown bag breakfast of powdered donuts, cinnamon roll, granola bar and an apple which worked fine for us. There is an indoor pool- we didn't have time to use it so I can't comment on it, but it is there!

The room we had was not finished. They had started to remodel the bathroom and the ceiling still needed to be taped, bedded, textured, and painted. There was no vent fan in the bathroom. The safe didn’t work. The furniture in the room was in bad condition. One shouldn’t rent rooms in this state.

The indoor pool was nice and the location was nice.

They advertised free breakfast. Once I got there, they said they would only give me coffee and a protein bar. What they actually had in the morning was coffee. That's it!! just coffee
