Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The indoor pool that was supposed to be heated was ICE COLD and we couldn’t enjoy it which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The room we stayed in was hot the entire time as well even with the air on low it never cooled down.
The smell of the lobby was absolutely amazing. The man that checked us in was great as well and super nice! The room was a decent size and the bathroom was just as big.

I didn't have a microwave and one was never brought to my room after I requested it. The room had chettos under the tv and refrigerator stand which was unusual they are usually very clean. The maid didn't speak any english hard to communicate
I stay here a lot. I love the staff.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, they had a different meat everyday. I was there Dec 24-28 it was very busy and the kitchen crew did a great job keeping the food coming out and cleaning the dinning area (guest were very impatient with the staff ). Front desk was always polite and gave us any extras we needed right away. This will be my go to place to stay when I'm in the area.

There wasn't much we didn't like except our rooms. (we booked double rooms)The rooms weren't cleaned properly. he didn't make the beds, didn't clean the tubs, he didn't wipe the counters and tables down.
The breakfast in the morning and the friendly customer service from the front desk staff. Especially Mason, he was awesome and very helpful.

Well I thought I was a rewards member but I wasn’t .So we paid a little more than if I had still remained a reward client. (I am at a Hilton Garden Inn at KittyHawk NC tonight and I am very disappointed here.) I liked everything at your place ! Maybe I should stop comparing them !
The young man that was working the night we arrived was so helpful explaining things and helped me with a couple of issues I couldn’t quite figure out

The only thing that I would say is, even though they have a super nice and cozy fireplace to sit around outside. It would've been nice to sit on our balcony as well. So, maybe add some oversized chairs or a stable bench for the balconies. Also, the rooms were basically bug free, however there was a large spider web on the entrance of our balcony door that I wish housekeeping would've gotten and we did kill a waterbug (which can be common on first floors) and a centipede. Also, the tubs are amazing but a bit slick. My suggestion would be moving the rails closer to the tub a maybe offer a bath mat. But we were very impressed with everything else.
This was an amazing hotel experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was so clean, safe and more than we imagined in the best way! The pool was clean and safe, the lobby was super inviting for guests. This hotel made my birthday trip super special and my husband and I are definitely going to book again next year!!

We stayed several days and each day we needed to remind housekeeping that we needed fresh towels and toiletry items. Would like to see some containers for recycling items.
The breakfast had many options and rotated on a daily basis. There was endless coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The front desk staff were all courteous. Really liked the 2 firepits!

Breakfast is decent, if average. Didn't really expect high end, and breakfast area is small for a busy morning crowd. There were some spots on the fold-out couch sheets (probably missed because noone uses those) but they were quick to resolve that.
By far the cleanest and best amenities of an average cost hotel we have stayed at in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. Well worth the marginal difference in cost over some other options that were built like Soviet-Era projekts. The shower had amazing pressure and delightfully hot water. We had been here several years ago but forgot which hotel it was, finding it again was like putting the shoe on Cinderella. Night staff on check in was very friendly, responded quickly to inquiries (via text, no awkward phone call to the desk!), and had fashionable hair.
