There were two reasons why we booked this hotel for our honeymoon. The first reason because it advertised it had a pool. When we get there, there is not a pool open and it was drained. The second reason was because it was advertised that there would be breakfast. There was not any breakfast.

I liked the tub in our room.

It was not clear when I booked my stay online at booking.com that I need to pay a $80 cash deposit to access my room. I was just told I didn't have to pay using my debit card until I arrived. I had to ask to speak to a manager who gave permission for me to check in after 10pm using just my card. When I got to my room, shampoo bottle was half used with dried shampoo around bottle cap. No pool, hot tub, or breakfast (could have been indicated when booking).

It needed lots of work. There was nothing listed on the site stating that they were not serving breakfast and there was nothing on the site stating that the pool was permanently closed. Staff could’ve been a little bit friendlier. The first room there was an awful burning smell, and the air didn’t work so they switched us to a new room. Thank goodness it was OK. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

So I booked through boooking.com who I guess advised me poorly in that i.would. have. A room with a.hot tub in it. Which had been overbooked and so.the lady behind the desk she advised she would cancel the booking and give us a walking room of a.double.bed room so we.went.from 90 a night for.two nights to one night 55 and that's was. Fine. 2 days later on my credit card I noticed that they still charged onr night of 90 the other room ..I truelly appreciated her going beyond.to try to.make it right. But I still got.charged for both roomm.

The internet was cutting in and out . And some stuff members had bad customer service. The rooms can use some update . I stayed at nicer places.

It was peaceful except hearing the people above us through out the night. It was cheap for 2 nights .

Overnight woman wasn’t very accommodating. Subpar customer service. Room had a weird smell until I turned the air on.

The tv didn't work but when I tried to call the desk the phone didn't work either . I went to the desk and the staff got the tv to work ,half on the back of the tv and half with the remote . He didn't even look at the phone .

By 7:30 there was only 4 slices of bread , a small amount of 1 cereal and enough milk for 1 person and muffins .

On 10/6/23 I rang a bell at front desk, I noted to the left of the desk the person was over to side of desk, feet propped up, smell of marijuana noticed. I went to get a coffee maker as there was no coffee maker in our room 221, I asked to get one, he said he would have one at the desk when i got back, he did not, when I came in at midnight so guy at desk went and got one. Only to find out in the morning there was no basket to hold the coffee pod. Hotel needs some updates.

Overall the property seemed pretty run down. The cabinet in our room was broken and would stand open, there was a hole behind the door and chipping paint on the walls. The first morning in our room I killed a bug in the sink. We are a family of four and I initially only had 3 towels in the bathroom, but we made it work. After the room was made up after the first night, we were left only 1 towel when we had clearly used all three and there were 4 people on the reservation. The pool was closed, which was a big disappointment to our kids and the breakfast was lacking. Just a few pre-packaged pastries. We elected to go out to eat.

The staff was friendly and helpful when our room keys failed to work.

Location was good for my purposes. Plenty of choices for restaurants. Easy access to I55.

Didn'tGot up to grab some breakfast and the only thing in there was a half gallon of semi cold orange juice. Cereal machines empty. No fruit. No bread. NOTHING.. also pool was closed but that matter to me.

Everything was great till i went to grab a bite before I left. NOTHING IN THE KITCHEN.

The rooms and the overall property was very dated ; the fitness suite wasn’t available ; the pool wasn’t available ; the breakfast room was very dated and a little untidy ; the breakfast was very basic (juice, coffee, muffins , limited cereals).

The location was good. The hotel room was a good size.
