You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unaware of a breakfast. I did spill some water out of my small cooler. I used a towel to wipe up the water. The floor was filthy, something all over the bathroom floor. This being said the sheets were clean and I slept well.

United States of Americasame as last visit; exterior paint on the buildings sides and concrete walkway finishes mar the overall appearance and feel of what is otherwise a nicely maintained hotel with up to date furnishings and feel. If the exterior paint job matched the buildings front, it would look great with resurfaced walkways . Another Covid casualty in this category are the pools. This development saddens me and I’m sure every guests’ children are sad to see no pool in Mid-July. At least this property covers it safely and has prevented it from becoming an eyesore .
owners/staff super friendly and funny. Clean rooms ; everything works - love those two compartment fridges in the room. Hotel/motels in this budget category have by and large not restored continental breakfast ; I don’t miss it and I believe that many hotels, like this one , have given back enough in rate to compensate.
