Pool tub was great to relax

Our room was nasty. It was rust all over the bottom of the toilet. I think our bed had bed bugs or fleas because I got bites all night. I told the front desk and all he said well I guess I can bomb it, it was horrible. I will never be back.

Television didn't work, the temperature in the room would not work no fan, no air, room was so hot. The breakfast room is unbeably hot biscuits had mold on them, bananas were rotten, bagels were hard and stale. I did call up the night shift man and he tried to fix the TV but it still didn't work and by then I was over it. When I told the woman at the desk in the morning she was no help and always in the back room she was horrible, and no help .

The pool and hot tub are was wonderful and the whole reason for our stay

The breakfast was minimal to none The hot tub was broken, the pool was freezing. The room was dirty shower head broken and the t v didn't work very well.

The hotel was disgusting! The carpet in our room was torn up in spots, the room smelled liked a hospital, the walls in the bathroom had questionable smudges near the toilet, and it looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in ages.

The pool was dirty. The Jacuzzi didn’t work the hotel was dirty. The staff was very not nice.

if you plan on going here with your dog, don’t even bother going you cannot leave your dog unattended name to go in the pool because it will kick you out. Honestly, I feel like that’s ridiculous so me and my husband had to take turns going in the pool like what’s even the use of still going to this hotel honestly we intended on going to the casino but we could even go together because we can leave the dog alone. I mean he’s a little puppy he was sleeping what harm can you do so we had to take turns going honestly will never go here again in the pool is dirty Jacuzzi didn’t work.

Ice machine was down on first floor only, but it was clean and working.

The pool area was nice, there is a little patio grill area thought that was really nice.

The sink drain was partially plugged. The TV selections were less than I expected. The curtains overhang the output of the A/C making it difficult to get good air circulation.

The reason I did not I didn't like anything about this property. It was old it wasn't with the pictures represented it was everything was out of order, pop machines, laundry machines. It was just in general not a good place to stay.

There was nothing to like about the property they did not supply supplies in the room. The room was not what we booked. There were spiders and bugs in the room, and in general very disappointed.

This property is NOT clean. The entry doors were filthy. When we entered the lobby, we instantly noticed an odor of what smelled like burning plastic. Our room was marginally clean. The interior of the window was filthy and there were cob webs (with insects stuck) in the corners of the windows. The parking lot was disgusting. Cigarette butts and litter as far as the eye could see. There were multiple planters with tall weeds growing in the them. We attempted to sit on the patio just outside of the pool but couldn't do so because two men were smoking marijuana. It's quite obvious that the property owners do not care about their hotel.

Hotel is very run down. It felt dirty, tiles were broken in the bathroom. The shower base had a large crack in it.
