Coffe pot was dirty they knew two were coming and only one bath towel shower didn’t have much pressure pool had to of been at least 30 degrees hot tub jets didn’t really work wasn’t really hot was more warm on Saturday hot tub water was green elevator made some really concerning noises vending machine on 3rd floor had nothing in it do not order the pizza that’s advertised it’s disgusting had to wait 1 hour for a medium pizza and a 2 liter of coke other than that it was a good stay

Breakfast was good beds were very comfortable Wi-Fi was decent room was very clean

There's was not much for breakfast to feed my children, a couple of times the waffle maker didn't work and they didn't have much cereal or other things out for us to grab and go. Had to spend money at restaurants for breakfast that I could have used elsewhere

Disappointed in breakfast. Had sausage and gravy all 3 morning. One morning ran out of coffee. Last morning no yogurt, fruit or bread.

Ants in the first room. Got another room & by the 3rd day, which was the last day, more ants.

The pool was good for the kids.

Employees sitting by entrance door smoking cigarettes. Very tacky ! Did not like walking thru the smoke . No Kleenex and only one dinky trash can to put trash in. Pool area looked very dated. Pool was not heated. Hot tub needs cleaned and repainted. Only half the jets working.

Room was spacious and had furniture to sit on.

They didn't have enough breakfast to accommodate everyone. The pool area needed cleaned. The hot tub didnt get hot at all. The last day we were there the hot tub overflowed into the pool.

Location was fine. Price was ok.

The hair in the bathtub and the cracked sink. I get it some things happen. Just kinda ick...

There was slight damage to some furniture in the room, but nothing major. The main issue was the TV that was in the bedroom. This TV did not function at all. All in all, it was a mixture of factors with the hotels that made some of the issues, but it was due to weather and other issues. We did not have any major issues during our stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and quick to solve any issues we had during our stay. Even when our TV in our room was not working at all, the staff found us several options and in the end, we got a TV that we could use for the rest of our stay.

No ice.. ice machine either did t work or was turned off. Breakfast was seriously lacking. No coffee, items not replenished. No staff could be found . When checking out No o e asked how our stay was.

Room was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. common areas were more shabby and cleaned haphazardly. Should have automatically opening front door: I have luggage and have to open door as well? small looking entry. Desk clerk seemed confused but got it all in the end. Room was a nice surprise after walk through hotel! Would probably have to be better priced for us to stay again.

Bathroom smelled smokey. Ice maker on first floor did not work. The hot water dispenser in the breakfast area, had cold water. I don’t like seeing staff sitting in lawn chairs, at the main entrance smoking. I don’t like seeing staff, sitting in chairs in the common area in front of the front desk.

Sheets were dirty comforter had a pee stain on them. They left food in the fridge and I could tell the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Elevator was old and u felt like u were gonna fall through
