There was a power outage that lasted for the final 45 minute of my stay. I had to make my way down to the lobby in darkness and was fearful of what could have happened had I been in the elevator. The experience caused me to check out prematurely,

Breakfast consisted of the usual stuff - cereal, yogurt, fruit, and beverages. There was a waffle station and that was about it. Nothing spectacular.

This place needs a spruce, dirt in hard to reach places has been there a LONG time - furniture shows wear and tear - it feels a bit like they have gone the cheap route, and it is certainly reflected in the most basic breakfast

No food, drinks available anywhere in the hotel. Vending machines were all broken. No stores or such anywhere in the area you can walk to if you need a snack. tap water from the bathroom faucet is as good as it gets.

Bathroom shower faucet had a leak and it looked like housekeeping doesn't bother to try to clean away soapscum. We put a towel on the shower floor before use. The staff was friendly enough, but they don't seem like it's a happy place to work.

Great location with a surprisingly solid breakfast. Weekdays have fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. The lobby looks nice and the bed was very comfortable and clean. We forgot something in our room and were able to easily run back in after checkout to retrieve it with no issue.

So disappointed in the pool/hot tub facilities. The swimming pool was ice cold and the hot tub was broken. They didn't say on there site that the hot tub was broken. If they would get those things fixed I would rate them higher.

The price was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean. My daughter loved the Texas shape waffle.

The worst part of staying here is the WiFi is too weak...so if you intend to stream anything and spend time in the hotel room be aware of that. Watching videos is terrible and it always buffers and lags and is low quality. The breakfast could be improved with more options. Noise is not an issue-though you can hear from the hallway when people walk by.

The best thing is the service - the staff are all very kind, the housekeepers are excellent- took good care of us while we were there. We would come back from an outing to a cleaned room everyday. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable size. The bed was on the softer side but not the worst. The location is great, near many restaurants and a 20min drive into downtown, or to visit other areas of interest around Dallas.

It does need a little bit of upgrading. The tub had marking left from suctions being in the tub which was uncomfortable to step in so I put a towel in the bottom of the tub. looked up a the ceiling and it looks like it was previous leak above the tub. It was a different color patch on the ceiling. When I left out the first day and came back my key was deactivated. Now the young gentleman was able to reactivate it quickly.

The customer service was very pleasant. The breakfast was very nice but could have a little bit more extra stuff as in (eggs). The cleanliness of the hotel room was pretty good.

The neighbourhood is a bit spartan and not much to do nearby and no great dining or boutique shopping nearby.

Good bed and room size, generally, it's a friendly little hotel that respects privacy and is devoted to cleanliness which I love. For this and other reasons, I wld stay here again coz I felt safer here than in downtown hotels. Very little social problems outside. Neighbourhood is kind of spartan but it's easy to travel around from here if you drive.

The bed pillows were lumpy & hard. The sofa was in poor condition. The room decor was outdated. The hotel had beverage vending machines and no other food/snack offerings for purchase. The biggest & most annoying problem was the heater. While the room was a nice temperature, the heater sounded like an airplane engine taking off - it was so loud it kept me up all night!

This hotel was close to the airport as I had to do an overnight stay due to a cancelled flight. The price was very reasonable. I liked the following: nice hot shower, large room, clean, free breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed.
