We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was OK Check was very slow and strange. . Language barrier so I booked online myself while waiting at front desk as the employee suggested. Older hotel...at the end of the street. Our room was very spacious and kings size bed was comfortable so that was a nice surprise.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was really not much. Waffle maker nice. Biscuits no taste, gravy watery and no taste, half pitchers of milk and orange juice on counter, not in chilled holder. Bathtub had draining issue, water level got high. Morning checkout clerk thought bug issue no problem because of the season bugs are to be expected.
Responsiveness to moving us to another room after seeing roach on door. Tv worked great. Attractive hallway and room. Bed comfortable along with pillows. Night male clerk friendly.

United States of AmericaSo I booked the room with my card, when we arrived I wanted to pay cash. I was told I needed a 100.00 cash deposit incase anything happens to the room or anything is stolen. This makes no sense to me when I check out the deposits is given to me and no one has checked the room. I was also advised that a credit card is preferred. Again why???

United States of AmericaThe TV reception & TV viewing was HORRIBLE!!! On several channels, there was NO sound such as TCM! Could NOT receive ABC, CBS, NBC. Could NOT get closed caption!!! The plastic placard left in the room that identified which channels were supposedly available was WRONG & OUT OF DATE! After my first UNENJOYABLE first night, I left a VERY detailed list with the morning front desk clerk with a full explanation of ALL of the problems. And I also verbally brought this to the attention of EVERY different desk clerk I ever saw during my week's stay. No one, including the General Manager, expressed any concern! The situation NEVER got better over the following FOUR nights of my stay. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED as I wanted to relax after returning to my room in the early evening wanting to watch TV or watch some local news or enjoy some movies on TCM, but NONE of this was available!!!! Horrible! Disappointed! Made my stay very uncomfortable.
The Froot Loops we're stale, the waffle batter to make fresh waffles was a nice surprise, the Sausage gravy was very watery on one day & then just right the next day.

United States of AmericaI arrived after 9:00 pm, and my room, that I had booked two weeks prior, was not ready. I was offered another room, but I refused it because it smelled strongly of cigarettes. then I was offered a room on the second floor, and it was so bad; it had burn holes in the carpet and bedding, and the room stunk; the whole upstairs stunk. It’s almost like the 1st and 2nd floors are different hotels. The next morning I was placed in another room on the main floor, which I was happy with. I don’t know why I wasn’t offered that particular room the night before.

United States of AmericaStarted out with the hotel saying I didn’t have a reservation with them even after showing them I prepaid two weeks earlier with Booking. It took over an hour to check in. Called and booking spoke to the hotel and I was given the room with the understanding it was paid for. Leaky toilet, no hot water for showering, door key ran out of batteries then it took half a day to find the batteries. Screen banged in window from wind that we had to fix. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7:30-9:30 and the clerk took black marker and changed it to 9 am. I was double charged for the room because they said Bookings Payment hasn’t gone through. Tried to dispute the hotel charge but the credit card company said I now have to dispute bookings charge as I stayed there.
