Not welcoming atmosphere. Dark. Tight hallways. Needs upgrading. Small bathroom. Uncomfortable sink. Hair dryer broken. They brought one up from the 1800’s.

It looked a little shabby. The temperature in the room was very hot and it was cold outside. We turned on the air conditioning, but it kept going off.

Only elevator broke down, and no rooms are on the ground floor, so my father had to climb stairs to get to the room with a broken back. the staff did their best to accommodate, but second elevator would fix this, if possible.

Great quality to value of rooms. They are updated and clean.

That the elevator was broken and you have to go outside to walk up 3 flights of stairs that was really rough for 2 seniors I would have like to have known about it prior to booking.

The bathroom door would not open all the way due to hitting the toilet. The room was huge to have such a small bathroom. The lobby area was very dated and I couldn’t find staff to assist with the limited continental breakfast.

Very poor workmanship with property renovation. Not the best breakfast area and not very clean. Trash can covers were filthy. Not all tables cleaned. Needs bread, bagels and toaster. Air conditioner did not go below 75 in room 411. Sink bowl in bathroom leaking on the floor.

The building was old, and parts looked dirty. Our bathroom floor was sticky. Some furniture in our room had damage and was not sturdy. It looks like they attempted to make some updates to the bathroom but it had an outdoor metal door on the bathroom that would not stay open. The hallway was not air-conditioned and had a funky smell to it.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in and out were very efficient. The air-conditioning worked well in the room. You needed a room key to go up or down in the elevator.

Ran out of kleenex. My friend almost slipped and fell in the shower. Maybe cleaner used was slippery when wet??

Breakfast closed pretty early for a weekend, 9am. Went to the Delavan wine walk, cute town did some shopping, eating, drinking. Location was convenient

Water was brown. Felt dirtier after shower than before. Couldn't brush teeth because wasn't going to put that in my mouth. They didn't do anything to rectify which was upsetting.

When we checked in there was a problem with the room door. They came up quickly and changed our rooms.

Breakfast was nothing to speak of and coffee was weak...but in all honesty, breakfast played no part in choosing this location

Our room had dirty and badly stained chairs, and the bathroom had water stained cabinetry , poor plaster repair work done and the shower floor was not clean.

The beds were fine and comfortable, the location was good and the staff were friendly.

our toilet ran constantly and even leaked a little. the bathroom looked like it had been updated but maybe it had been really rushed or they cut corners. it had the potential to look really nice but the caulking around the toilet and shower looked really bad. also the tile grouting looked poorly done. very small tv price was way to expensive for what you got, obviously up charged for the concert or holiday weekend.

It was located above a loud bar playing late night music. It was not super clean with cabinet faces and doors wiped down, there were dirty finger prints and marks that were dirty . The price was higher due to a concert in the area

The location was in the middle of a cute town. It was on the strip with other restaurants which was easy. It was 10 min from my course I took.
